I liked that the staff were friendly and helpful. I love that there were no hidden fees. Easy check in and check out. I love that pets are free so I'll have to bring my pet next time I book. Great value would book again here. The room was comfortable and big enough for my family. Room for the most part was clean and stocked.

Even though for the most part it was clean and stocked, I did notice that the mirrors weren't wiped down. They were smudgy with prints from past guests. The shower and tub were old and tricky to use. But besides that the water was fine and everything worked fine.

Clean room and clean pool hot tub.

There was a family hogging the pool on Saturday night. My son,grandson, and grandson momma had to be in the hot tub because a family was hogging the pool. There were 5 boys and mom father playing throw the ball in the pool so nobody else could swim in the pool. On Thursday night somebody having a party with loud rap music couldn't sleep.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is close to the hospital I had to go to. It met my expectations when I was moved to a safer, dry floor room.

Wet floors. Regardless of why the floor was wet, the personnel knew it exists. That is cause for risk taking of possible injury to customers. I was taking my partner to full hip replacement surgery the next day. We made it to the hospital but what if we fell on the slick wet floors. The good thing is that the personnel changed my room for night 2. We are in our 70s and don't need to be near slick wet floors.

Room was clean and standard as usual. Check in was unusual needing my cc for check inn . when never did for previous stays. Hope Hope they decide to correct charge....................................................

Check in was unusual needing my cc for room. When the last 4 stays i did not. because i booked threw Booking .com. Got charged twice for room on this stay and booked no different than the other nights . Trying to make restitution with either Red Roof Inn Or Booking.com. but both parties just point to each other .

Pool was closed and no breakfast was served though it was advertised with free breakfast

Miss Jennifer's good service is good front desk is good I stay there a lot I need to try to get a weekly rate I don't have a house at the moment and I need that place the Red roof is

burn hole in duvet cover . everything else was in good shape . we did have smoking rooms also no refrigerator or microwave but they did provide us with both upon request . no breakfast

Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay. Somewhere to sleep then this place is perfect.

There was no fridge to keep drinks or fruit cold in our room. The sheets and blankets had stains and burns. It is an old hotel and needs some repairs that aren't patched and noticeable.

Room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to freeway and not far at all from the Island.

The room and location met my expectations.

Plumbing, HVAC and electric worked fine. Bed was comfortable and with fresh sheets.

There was neither a microwave nor a mini fridge, appliances usually included these days. After exiting the shower I put on white socks; after just a few minutes of walking around the room the bottoms of those white socks were black. This left me wondering if the floors were mopped at least once a month.
