Clean room and very spacious.

Was unable to check in early I was talk I need to pay $50.00 if I want to check in early.

Located right on the main highway, but not very loud and trafficy. From arrival, the exterior look very nice and clean. Plenty of room for unloading at the front with carts to help with luggage. Front desk staff always nice and helpful, regardless of the time of day. Every employee is always very friendly and willing to help with whatever. Got to the room and was pleasantly surprised that the floors were refinished. But no construction mess. Very clean and beds are so comfortable. I love that checkout is at noon! Gives plenty of time to sleep in and not have to rush to get outta there. On a previous stay, we slept in way too much and were not ready by noon. The cleaning staff and front desk were very understanding and helped us out. Coming back again and again.

We got in to town early in the morning, but check in isn't till 3:00. Was told room was ready but had to pay 50 bucks for early check-in. Didn't want to pay more so we had to wait till 3. It's not terrible or would stop me from going back, it just sucks a bit. If the room's ready, why not.

Staff was wonderful - we originally had a king room but then plans changed and we needed a queen. They were very helpful in meeting our needs. Room was nice and clean with so much space! They have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower, and all were really nice. Nice and spacious for a family of three in the main area and the bathroom. Was disappointed that we couldn't stay longer in all honesty.

The hotel has a beautiful style. The room was huge and cozy. The staff was super friendly, Very welcoming. I didn't eat breakfast but my mother said they had oatmeal( her favorite).

The bed sheets were dirty..noticeably dirty. The elevator makes loud noise as it stops and then there's a bump that we felt every time of did stop.

Everything else was literally awesome. We had a snack at the bar, some fresh baked cookies. Those were delicious. Everything was beautifully clean and well-kept. The pool was nicely heated, and we had fun swimming.

The breakfast was not good. The pancakes were the same brand I buy my kids from Walmart. They were frozen and reheated then sat hardening under a heat lamp. There were no eggs. The variety was incredibly small and everything had run out. We had to find our own cups in a cabinet, and then we were told we weren't supposed to use them, but there weren't any others. They had only one lady working to restock, and it was a Sunday morning, and she was slammed. I felt sorry for her. All the cereal was empty, the toast and bagels were empty, the plates and bowls were hard to find and get to without causing line chaos. It was a mess.

I loved how spacious our room was. The staff was extremely friendly, welcomed us every time we came in the door. The hotel is pet friendly. The rooms were very clean! My husband and I will probably stay here every time we come to Corpus as long as the price is right!

There isn't a microwave in the room. You have to go downstairs to the lobby to reheat food if you have leftovers. It's not a big deal just a minor inconvenience.

It was right where we needed it to be to enjoy our activities. The place was affordable and comfortable and a very nice room for my family.

The room was on the 3rd and by the elevator. We could hear foot steps in the ceiling and people talking and laughing waiting for the elevator.

Check In - I was greeted with by the GM- Laura Madelen, Alyssa, and Debra at the front desk. They were all so happy that I booked a visit at their location. I couldn't have been greeted with more appreciation for my visit. Laura extended a 5pm free backed potato and good conversation. All three were just as nice as could be. Coming off a long drive it was sure nice to meet your team at the door. The room was laid out perfectly for business travelers. All areas of the room and bathroom were spotless. Thank you Hyatt and this group in caring about and putting the customer 1st.

I like location, indoor pool especially cold weather time,close alot restaurants, it was clean.

Well if u asking !!!l we could hear people next room having sex and next day u can hear television on. So walls definitely not sound proff. I am pretty sure u can hear conversation or activity as above that should be private. Shower glass sliding door had little crack that I reported front desk and wasn't reported by cleaning crew or never got fix. It can be dangerous if another person slams it again where it can cut someone. It needs rubber sealing around edge

well lit; very clean; quite; good bath product in bathroom (full size), comfortable bed

1 elevator was out of service, so we had to wait a little bit or squeeze into the elevator everyone else. The good thing is everyone was very friendly in the elevator & went out of their way to make room for others!
