The location was perfect to get to the medical center.

I did not realize that I would have to pay to park at the hotel I was paying for to stay at and I was upset that I didn’t see a warning about it when I booked it. I also didn’t realize there was no complementary breakfast for guests. Again our room had a lot of traffic noise making it hard to sleep.

I thought having to pay to park at the hotel was ridiculous. You are a guest at the hotel, the parking should be FREE. I had to pay $13 just to park overnight. This is totally uncalled for. Just ridiculous

The Staff was Exceptional! The entire front desk was so friendly and accommodating. They should all be commended on their professionalism and friendly demeanor. Brittany and Terrance in particular were so kind, friendly, and helpful with any questions. They really brightened up my stay! Also, the housekeeping/maintenance staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Thank you for a Great Stay at a Great Value, convenient to where I was working.

More options and longer hours in the bar/restaurant. Very limited. A Great Breakfast However!

Place was nice looking. Hotel room was great. Breakfast was good!

The way they do breakfast was awkward. A couple staff were standing around and didn't say anything to guests. Then as we're sitting, they come up with a billfold and it was kind of an awkward conversation to figure out how it worked with breakfast included/already paid for.

The waitresses argued loudly in the back about duties. 2 of them raised their voices and cursed which is very unprofessional. Besides that unpleasant moment the stay was good.

Britney greeted me at the front desk and was delightful and very accommodating.

The breakfast was just ok. Eggs were runny and the coffee isn't the best (I'm picky with my coffee). I'd rather spend $15 for breakfast elsewhere.

The gentleman at the front desk by the name of Terrance was awesome very professional and knowledgeable of the area. The Breakfast was very good 👍

The paid parking at the hotel. Would have been nice to know about that.

Despite some negative reviews I read, the hotel turned out to be really good! Staff service was excellent. They helped me sort out an issue with my wifi connection and even offered me a complimentary breakfast when I realised that my booking came without one. Room was clean and comfortable. Extremely value for money.

good location, friendly and kind staff. food was fresh and prepared quickly. hotel was very clean. room was very nice, large, comfortable.

Very limited food options for dinner. Salad, wings and pizza. Hot in the hallways, like a sauna. parking was a separate company that you had to download an app for and register your car.

Unfortunately I only had the room from about 1 AM to 6 AM! My plane was cancelled in the morning in Denver and I was lucky to finally get into Dallas so I could go on home early the next morning. It was a very expensive sleep for 5 hours but I was thankful for it!
