Renaissance Dallas Hotel

Room was really small not enough room look bigger on the picture. Sheet and comforter had some stains on them had to get them changed asap. Took some getting used to.

Clean bedding!!!! Better parking they parked my car I guess under a tree the whole time I was there and the birds set up camp. When we got ready to leave car was in a mess bird mess it was horrible.

Hotel was clean. Service was wonderful. From desk manager to valet to the folks at Asador ever one was attentive and professional. We checked in under normal rates. My wife was having tests run at UT Sw. they said Renaissance gave a medical discount. We asked Valory at front desk and she gave us the discount rate. We have follow up appointments in about 3 weeks and plan to stay here again once dates are finalized. Jeremy and staff at Asador were very attentive. Also made one of the best burgers we’ve had. Location was excellent for us, But we were less than happy with the customer service. The wake up call we needed for an early early meeting was not made and almost cost us dearly, The managment response was a simple we are sorry, For 300 a night I expect a wake up call. Food was good and bar service was excellent

The restaurant was very good, staff members were very friendly, property and room clean.

The room service food was like take out rather than served on a tray with plates/silverware. The room was very small

great location, close to downtown. hotel was freshly remodeled and rooms were clean and staff was helpful. checkin and checkout was fast and courteous. parking was abundant and easily accessible, no need to valet.

bathroom sink was slow to drain but no big deal.

The rooms were beautiful, very quiet. The view was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the food was delicious. I asked for 2 connecting rooms that had 4 beds altogether. I got two queen (2 bed each) rooms connecting. Perfect.

The only thing missing was a microwave. I could have used one to heat me tea.

Parking. You are forced to use the valet . Or pay almost the exact same Amount to park??? Seriously??? Also if I paid a lot of money to stay here why am I now paying to park here ? No microwave can’t warm anything up. So do with out or call room service ??? I don’t like being bullied into using services I was probably going to use anyway. A little ghetto for such a nice hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Beyond my expectations!

What's not to like???? Everything is so well appointed! Beautiful, well organized, comfortable, and the staff makes everything even better!

Location is just convenient.

air con / heater was not quite warming up the room well. Not enough shampoos or body soap (liquid) and conditioners. Just one and the room was for two people!? That is truly a major issue, especially when two people after a long drive arrive to room... They there are not enough shampoos and soaps... just one tiny little bottle. For this class of hotel this is a major oversight!!!!

Lots of choices for breakfast, generous coffee Location in Market Center, next to Market Hall was perfect

Looking forward to daily room custodial service and trash removal after virus calms down more. Guessing that policy will change soon. Right now you have to call for it as needed.
