Jade waters was fun and relaxing.

Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at this Hilton location before we arrived to ask question about our stay. Phone number listed on their website (and on Google) went to general Hilton customer service; agent there didn’t know answer to question. Tried chat feature but that person didn’t know either and recommended I call the number listed. Very frustrating. Thought the kids carnival outside Jade Waters was tacky and a shameless attempt to nickel and dime folks. Luckily my kids weren’t interested.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Seemed like they loved their job especially the valet group! Having two sinks with four in our room was such a blessing. I would stay here again.

The water park was way over crowded. Difficult to find a chair to sit down. We came after school started thinking it would not be crowded but a convention was there, probably adding to the crowd. In addition, we could never get the room to cool down in spite of turning the AC all the way down.

Room was AMAZING! Stayed in a corner room with the Queen Murphy bed on the 26th floor and the room was HUGE with a great city view. The closet was basically a full size closet with drawers, there was a full size couch, a seating area with two big chairs and coffee table, a desk with a rolling office chair. Two big armoirs one for the TV and the other for the mini/half fridge. Bathroom was huge as well. The bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs.

Jade Waters - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Brought my 12 y.o. daughter and her friend. Her mom came too. We all had a blast! Breakfast buffet at the Terrace was delicious, good value for the money, unless you don't eat much.

Parking was expensive. We came in 2 cars from 2 different locations and had to pay twice the parking, which was a bit expensive. Seems like you should be able to give a discount for the 2nd car per room.

Lots of amenities, friendly staff, good food, and the water park/pool was pretty fun. The rooms were very nice and the beds were firm.

Some stuff was a little overpriced. The food and drinks at the pool were pretty pricey considering the quality and choices. It may be due to the booking.com app, but the hotel charged me for the resort fee even though I paid it through the app. I was also disappointed that the app didn’t include the cover charge for the breakfast as well as the other fees that the hotel charges.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Having the water park is amazing! There are several shops and restaurants with “average” prices for hotel food. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Parking is pretty complicated (there was a conference going on) and the price for both valet and self-parking are pretty steep.

We loved the water park and the indoor pool and hot tub. The swim up bar was excellent and there was never a wait for an elevator. There was champagne whenever you checked in and free face painting for the kids Saturday night.

There was only one restaurant in the hotel open and we waited for over an hour just for them to tell us that we had another 45 minute wait. We finally got upset and left and ordered pizza to the room. We went outside the hotel for dinner the next night.

We loved the water park. We requested and had our room maintenance daily and felt that was done well. Breakfast was good but definitely got the feeling they were understaffed. Person greeting also seating and also cleaning tables so wait time to eat was longer than would have been otherwise.

The bed was very poor quality and very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well to be honest. The food was high priced. Wished there was room service.

I loved the water park for the kids and included services for the hotel guests ie the tickets to JadeWaters.

I did not enjoy the cost for the Funpass, which was not worth the cost in my opinion. The parking was a pain due to the gate not working the 2 days we needed it to work.

of two attendants at the entrance to the Park pool who focused on smiling at me for not knowing how to speak English properly and both of them should know how to at least be more discreet. I've been there twice on Friday around 6:30 pm.
