Embassy Suites Dallas - Park Central Area

I loved the room layout and my bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great too.

The tub in my bathroom did not drain properly. Each time I took a shower, the tub overflowed.

They actually let us check in a little early! Breakfast was AWESOME.. Never in my 30 years had a chef make me an omelet! The staff was friendly my kids was amazed on how big it was! My total experience was wonderful and will be going again

The only thing I can say I didn't like was it did not get as cool in the bedroom as it did in the front room! We stayed in a suite and the vents was not working, other than that everything else was WONDERFUL!

Breakfast was amazing with tons of options. Beds were clean and comfy, room was spacious.

The pool was open but unusable because the heater in the pool area was broken. We didn’t know beforehand and had plans to swim which was very annoying. 2/4 of the elevators were out of order and the working ones were very slow.

I had to change rooms my first night. My friend had bugs crawling in her bed. I took a video of it. I would have at least thought they would have gave me credit for that night on my room, since it was an inconvenience for us.

Location was good, staff was great. Free complimentary drink at the bar every night. Pool was decent but could have been cleaner

There was a musty smell in our room. You could smell cigarettes and weed in the hall. The parking garage had standing water in it every day with no rain. My total was supposed to be 509 with tax and everything but I was charged 654 and I was told it was bc of tax and a deposit but my emailed receipt when we left said my total with tax was 481.

We travelled as family of 5, got very spacious rooms with sofa bed that made our stay comfortable and cozy. The pillows were super soft and comfy. The breakfast was amazing as it was buffet hot & cold with live cooking station. My family loved the breakfast. Indoor pool was good and my kids enjoyed iy alot. Our rooms were serviced on schedule time.

There was not enough extra pillow and comforter for the sofa bed. I had to call 3 times as i was told by reception that it is being sent and wait for 30 mins to receive pillow and blanket only after a really stressed 3rd call. The receptionist was kind of rude when i complained that it is almost midnight and kids are tired and we are waiting despite calling two times before where receptionist should have been pacifying and calming down the situation mishandled it and said “if anyone was available we would have provided you earlier”. This was the only downside as guest responsiveness was bit slow. This incident made me downgrade rating from a 9. Other than that our stay was very good.

I liked the breakfast, although I’ve been to another embassy in Dallas where the breakfast area was larger than the one I was at so I was expecting the breakfast to be as big as the one I previously stayed in. My room was clean, bedding was clean, and it wasn’t too loud besides the highway which is expected.

I didn’t like parking under the building, one of the pipes leaked all over my car and I had to walk in a puddle of water to get in my car, it was really disgusting to me and made me cringe because I didn’t know what was leaking out of that pipe. I didn’t have time to wash my car so it was dirty my whole trip. I also didn’t like that the tub was slippery, I almost slipped while taking a shower.
