The location was very easy to find from the airport. The staff was exceptional. Travis checked me in late at night and he made sure I knew where to find the building with my room. Later on, I needed help from him and a very nice woman at the front desk with him. I asked for a taxi referral, they gave me Adan’s business card. The next morning he picked me up and made himself known to the staff which, as a woman alone I greatly appreciated both those small actions. I called the front desk later to complement them and they answered the phone promptly. 10/10 stars.

I have to admit I had mixed feelings about this hotel. There are a lot of bad reviews and I have no idea why? Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with excellent A/C. Food in restaurant was delicious. Pool was nice and relaxing. I never give a hotel a 10. I am now because of the hospitality.

My only tiny complaint would be that the hotel is due for a upgrade. However; there is a certain amount of appreciation that comes with an older hotel. Hotel's in Europe are much older, usually have no in room bathrooms, and typically have no A/C. Sure this one could use a little TLC in some places, but I personally love it's vintage vibes.

Computers were down when we tried to check in but desk clerk comped us a free drink at the bar and when the computers were working again a half hour later she gave us an upgrade which made the experience stress free as we had driven all day and were very tired.

I have a pet peeve about the bathroom fan being covered in dust, very few hotels keep these clean. Weird tv set up from the 90’s, why is the guide on a channel?

Staff was very sweet our room wasn't available so they upgraded us to presidential suite. They were going to charge us the difference, which was kind of upsetting, but they ended up honoring the price from booking.com. The room was great.

The hotel in general is a bit outdated. They need to remodel a bit. I don't like that there's only 1 set of elevators. For the rooms way in the back it's a lot a carrying your luggage.

Rooms were great,two TVs and separated room with couch in other room . The bar has good food and the staff throughout the whole place is amazing. Just get taken care of very well.

Not enough handicap parking in front. Even though they give you full breakfast with plenty to eat. It just could of been better prepared maybe retrain the cooks. Talking about the complimentary breakfast not the bar.

The pool was nice, room was a good size.

The restroom was tiny, literally no space in the restroom, paid my total with the security deposit, but be prepaird to put aside double the cost of your room along with the 150 security deposit. So it's the cost plus an authorization (same as your cost) with the $150..... they only tell you about the security deposit and not the authorization hold. Example room cost $200 plus $200 authorization plus $150 security deposit... so that's $350 on hold for 3-5 days......

We loved the water park and how accommodating the staff was for our needs! The kids enjoyed living in luxury and fun fun the weekend.

That the pool hour's have changed. Now we can't swim before check out and if you don't check in right at check-in you don't have much time to enjoy the pool. It's so hot while the sun is out and then we can't enjoy the pool when it cools down 🥺😔😭 We pay so much for such little time meant to be enjoyed at the water park with our families.

Waterpark was fun for the kids, suite was excellent and staff was amazing even though my reservation did not have all my children listed by mistake they were helpful and accommodating.

Only down fall was I showed up at 2:50 and was told that my room wasn't available until 3. So I waited until about 3:15 and ended up standing in line for over an hour to check in. I truly believe that they should have let us check in the 10 mins early.

Was pleased with Breakfast and not just being the common continental. The water park was not disappointing and Was a nice surprise to see life guard on duty, was reassuring with safety. Really enjoyed all the spaciousness between rooms, pool and patio areas.

Definitely a bummer that the pool hours close at 8pm. Lots of guests don’t arrive till evening time and didn’t allow time to enjoy the water park as they should be able too.

My daughter says, "Breakfast was great!" Coming from her your staff "rocked it" and I'm so thankful. we saw the room, and that was over we will stay with you all from here on out. Awesome choice!

We were disappointed in the pool not being up to par, and that might be something you would put on your website because that was a BIG reason we stayed there.
