Property was close to stockyards and historic downtown. Close to downtown Ft Worth. Was very quiet at night. Was able to ride our scooters down to Panther Island Pavilion for Ft Worth fireworks and back at property within 10 min or less.

Parking lot was having some construction done. Not an issue though. Was kinda tight if driving a truck (we have a F350 8’ bed) once people came in for the night. Was able to park without issue.

Friendly staff. Good parking space. Less than a mile from all the Dockyards attractions and restaurants. Very large, clean room, comfortable, good tv, clean bathroom. Everything you can expect from a decent motel.

The immediate neighbourhood is desolate, but after crossing the bridge and the railroad track you rapidly arrive in historic Fort Worth and the Dockyards.n

I had accidentally booked a smoking room and so was expecting to stay in that (as it was my error) however the guy on reception asked if we smoked and I explained that I’d booked in error. He switched me immediately without extra charge, let us check in early and the room was absolutely spotless. Huge comfortable bed and great location for getting to the stockyards. In the morning on check out he offered me coffee and waved us off. Really friendly helpful staff far exceeded my expectations!

Were able to check in early thankfully, and the walk in to Fort Worth was a doable 30 mins with a great saving from Stockyard accomodation prices. The Motel kindly held our bags after checking out while we attended the PBR. Very happy with this place.

Air conditioner was noisey so bring ear plugs for a better sleep.

The floors were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the metal under the bed made a horrible noise anytime you move. They did not come make up the bed like most hotels do.

The rooms were very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels changed every day. Staff were helpful when we wanted a hair dryer or iron but not very talkative.

Less than 1 mile from the Stockyards. Room was very clean, parking lot was well lit. excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Room was very clean

A bit tricky figuring out the roads in the area (several one way streets)

Our room had a fridge and a microwave. Great option if you just need a place to shower and sleep and on a budget. It was nothing fancy but it was clean and close to downtown.

Thin walls and the other guests were SO loud. Parking lot was a little rough and there was no food in the area but it was close to downtown. The towels were very small and the bed was not very comfortable. But for the price all of that was tolerable. We were on a budget so I would stay again if needed to be close to downtown.

Overall it’s clean, not super clean but fine. Microwave and fridge are available in room. The keeper is kind.

The fridge can be stabled, so it won’t move every time I try to open it.

I like the location. it was excellent for all the museums, dickies arena, as well as the stockyards and all related to that!
