TownePlace Suites Fort Worth Downtown

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome from the guy at the reception . The hotel is very clean and comfortable and all members of staff were friendly and happy. Shout out to the cleaners who do a great job keeping this big hotel spotless and always smiling . Our room was spacious ,well equipped . Breakfast was good and had everything you needed . The location was good a little walk in to town for dinner and drinks ect .Out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 week American road trip this was by far the best . We would recommend to anyone .

Air con a little loud but that the same where ever you go .

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel: it was tidy and cosy, pool area was very nice, staff very friendly, and breakfast really surpassed our expectations (good selections of items, with a tasty home-made feel).

A restaurant or at least a chance to buy alcoholic drinks (to pool etc) would've been nice. Also, the products in the small shop were bit pricey, though otherwise it was a useful addition. The entrance lobby was perhaps a bit outdated in style.

We had a huge family 60th anniversary and 80th birthday celebration including 36 people. The staff was incredible at helping us casually celebrate around the pool area and lobby during certain hours and we had a wonderful time.

The only recommendation I have is for a couple umbrellas around the oil area for people who can’t handle the brutal 100 degree weather.

The room was very large, there was a great desk if you needed to do some work and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly good, they have kind have changed how they do breakfast but honestly it is way better then how hotel breakfast usually is. The best thing is the free parking at the hotel, there are plenty of spaces and it is easy to drive out of the hotel if you need to go somewhere. Downtown Fort Worth is very easy to walk to from the hotel.

Nothing, everything was great.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was wonderful. We only stayed one night, so we couldn't really experience the amenities.

The entrance was hidden and wasn't easily noticeable. When leaving, there were long vacuum and supply hoses wrapped around the entire floor on one side of the wall. It was a massive trip hazard. Guests were not warned ahead of time.

i thought I reserved king bed and SOFA BED but it was a King and a sofa (seat). it was 2 adults and a 17 yr old son trying to squeeze into king size bed. middle of the night I ended up on the seat with a bench that I added for my legs

The hotel was amazing! Probably one of the best I’ve stayed in. The gentleman who checked us in was in an outstanding attitude, super happy, joking around, making us comfortable.. the you lady that checked us out was amazing amazing as well I got the pleasure of speaking to her a couple of times & every single time she was super nice & very easy to talk to. Room was super clean, I loved it came with a stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, cups, plates, etc.! In general it was so fancy & they really valued our stay!

I had requested an upstairs room due to noise yet didn’t get it, wasn’t upset about it. Entry way in the room is kinda small

Finally, plates, cutlery, glass and cups for breakfast instead of plastic subsidiaries. I am glad that this hotel doesn’t support plastic waste as many previous hotels in Texas.

More expensive in compare to other similar hotels in neighborhood and bed was noisy and cracking.

Great bed/pillows/sheets. Big bathroom with counter-space. Full kitchen amenities in well designed space. Quiet- good location for being close to major hwys. Great AC. Nice work desk/station.

Only con of the entire stay, was that Sat morning they cut off the coffee at 10:00 sharp when breakfast area was cleaned up. Suggest a pot or carafe to sit out for those who may want to sleep in and enjoy a few more cups. Coffee supplied in room little packets never cut it for quality. Imho😄

The pool area was clean and just right. The staff was delightful and very friendly. Staff made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were like a cozy apartment.

No hot tub. No oven. No fruit and vegetable choices in the morning
