What to say , it’s was new and clean . Staff were friendly and helpful , location was fun in a neighborhood of brick buildings with lots of cosmetic appeal

Not really any complaints

Felt like we were staying in apartments - it was in a residential neighborhood near Burger Lake, our destination. So it was convenient and safe.

The only issue we had was the bathroom did not have body wash - we had to go up front twice to ask for it and repeat hat was needed to the housekeeper who came by and couldn’t remember. Then she brought it to us in a plastic cup versus the bottle. That being said - the products were all Dove and great quality. The front office person apologized that it wasn’t done the first time.

- The comfortable bed - Grab & go breakfast - Location - Cleanliness - Great WiFi - Staff was helpful - Dove products - The blackout blinds - The public transit bus stopped in front of the hotel!

- The thin walls which allowed me to hear snoring from the other room - That there were only bagels and no bread since I like toast in the morning

Brand new. Nice neighborhood. Ample parking.

Bathroom wasn’t super clean. A little “green” like no ice bucket, cups or coffee in the room. Room was very small. Disappointing that we paid $225 but the same room the day of was only $80. The cancellation policy wasn’t great. Had to cancel by Monday for a Friday stay. Room’s definitely wasn’t worth $225 but would have been for $125.

Loved the fresh brewed coffee, the location, outdoor seating area.

The breakfast choices, no shower gel in the dispenser, I had to go get fresh towels from the front desk after leaving our used towels out for pickup

New hotel in a nice neighborhood. You needed your room key to enter after hours which is a security plus. And a decent grab and go breakfast.

The rooms were a little stuffy. I found the cool air didn't circulate well. The pillows were all too soft and no closet for longer garments. Just hooks all at the same level to hang your clothes

The property was so nice It was super convient to get to Sundance square and the bars which is the reason we wanted to go The staff was so friendly and Micah who checked us in was literally one of the nicest people I ever had at a hotel When I go back to Fort Worth I for sure will be staying here again

My luggage was delayed until 5pm when I landed at 1230 am I got to the hotel and great coffee and creamer Confortable beds, Dove shampoo,conditioner & body wash provided in shower also Dove lotion and hand wash provided. Lovely glass shower to take a bath in.

Not much parking

The room was very comfortable and the hotel had a well equipped gym and nice indoor pool. The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel in our 3 months of travelling.

We did not receive housekeeping for 2 days in a row which was not good.

Very clean hotel with nice sized room. Plenty of parking space & in a nice quiet residential area. About 20 min walk to Sundance Square & restaurants etc. There is a wine bar about 5 min walk away that is lovely & highly recommend.
