Table lamp & digital clock on bedside table had no electric outlet nearby..& 1 bedside table missing drawer No instructions about coffee maker. A little confusing to find- adjacent to regular Studio 6 and Motel 8, & Quality Inn

Peaceful day and night. Even the other guests were friendly. Didn't have a chance to use the cooktop, manager said it was not working. I'm glad I didn't buy anything that had to be cooked. It was an awesome experience. Good job

Roaches and flies could have more channels on TV or cable. I was next to the office lot's of knocking

The bed felt like it was not going to be up to par when first laying on it. But we both SLEPT THE ENTIRE night and slept very WELL. You know at first when we thought it was a ghost town, well we had ZERO PROBLEMS or fears with being in the building. We were expecting ppl to knock on the door in the wee hours as I have experienced in similar hotels. But had NO DISTURBANCES When I checked out the man said, I think, next month they are closing for remodeling. He was the same person who checked us into the hotel

Every thing was out of order: 1. We asked for an upgrade upon arrival and we're told for an extra $70 a night. That was the entire price of the room itself. We looked online before our arrival and seen the larger room for the same price that booking.com gave us. 3. The key card did not work when trying to re-enter our building. Had to go to the desk, 4 at which they said no one was checked into that room. 5. My friend had to call me and convey this info to me. They find me on the computer but say she's not assigned. The man took both our IDs and placed in file. The IDs were copied on the same piece of paper. I was forced to repeat all my info for her to get another key. 6. SHE CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. (if we were not registered to the room with no room phone what could have happened if someone pushed into the room and we were injuried......how would we call for help and how long before we were found and how would anyone find our names. That's a little scary. We could have bled to death 7. the ice machine was broken, we had to go past two buildings to a working one. Then there was no ice bucket, had to use a thin garbage bag. 8 By the look of parked cars there may have been 2 guest in each building. 150 rooms within 3 buildings. Appeared as if it was a ghost town. 9. I neglected to request a downstairs room because with my health. I can not make multiple trips on the stairs. But at check in I asked for downstairs and he said no. I had driven for 5 hours and it was about 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening. I just wanted to get off my feet. And now I can't even get all my things in the room without taking a couple breaks to get my breath. I can't carry all of it in one trip. There was no luggage cart of doorman 10. There was no breakfast. He said that was because of Covid. But yet all hotels in the area were offering some sort of a menu to accommodate. 11. There was 2 of us in the room.

The girl was in the front desk was approachable and she even gave me a bottle of water.

Booking confirmed my booking but when I get there, there were no available rooms. I was patiently waiting but it seems like they can’t make a way to get me a room but the booking.com I hit the room.
