The location, the cleanliness, the fact that they had basic cable and the COST! The pool was everything to both of my children. The condo was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend it, and I would definitely stay again. They had everything you would need, no real need to bring anything from home. My boys loved the bunk beds and really appreciated the extra blankets.

One of the washing machines was broken. That's no fault of the host. The elevator was broken, again... no fault of the host. The security gate didn't lock properly and the patio door was quite hard to open. A couple of things were broken BUT they weren't deal breakers at all. They were small cosmetic things.

It was very close to the beach. You could sit on the patio and see the beach. The condo looks just like the pictures. It is convenient to have a fridge and cook top and oven available to prepare simple meals while there. Walmart is just around the corner if you need to pick up a few supplies. I would definitely rent there again.

The manager of the complex need to address issues at the facility itself, like make sure washer and dryers are working properly. The amenities like ice are only for the actual residents not for visitors.

well decorated. perfect access to the beach. everything in working order. clean. fully functional (including necessities). owner VERY responsive. main spa was surprisingly hot and enjoyable.

Shared facilities (pool and spa) needed more attention. main spa needed tile cleaning (grime) and alternative spa not suitable for use (green, cloudy). one pool under construction and the other pool had a headless bird in place of the water fall that was off. Units are owned by individuals and our owner was great. Overall property owner/managers seem to take good care of the grounds, but pools and spas need more checking.

Everything! It was conveniently located. Our room was clean. The check in process was super easy. They sent us clear instructions for our arrival and departure which made it convenient. They were prompt to answer our messages. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, you name it! We loved our ocean view!! Walmart is with in walking distance. The ac worked extremely well💕. We loved it so much we already booked our next stay!

Cute place, nice pools, clean, quiet,walking distance to some restaurants and pier bar.. GREAT communication from the owners on what to do on arrival and departure, and when I had a question about the thermostat.

Beautiful condo, right across the street from the beach. Everything was close by. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. The staff at the Victorian were very friendly and made check in and out easy.

The elevator was old and questionable so we took the stairs to the first floor. It wasn’t too much trouble.

The location of the condo was super close to the beach and we could watch the waves from the balcony. There were two pools, one for adults and one for families which was super awesome as I was visiting with my kids and the pool area was perfect for them. There was a laundry facility on each floor so packing up was made much easier with that. The rooms were very comfortable and the board games were a fun touch to keep the kids busy during the heat of the day. Grocery stores were super close and overall it was a great experience

The price was little high, but worth it to be so close to the beach. The parking was a bit of a hassle as we have a dodge ram so we did have to circle the parking lot a bit to find a big enough spot but that's no fault of the owners of the condo

A very comfy and cozy Condo! Had all the amenities you need in the kitchen and the bathroom had towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Super nice patio with an ocean view. The owners were very accommodating with extending our stay and we look forward to future stays. Highly recommend.

Very convenient - across the street from the beach! Beds were comfortable. It was everything you need for a beach getaway.

It was a bit small and cramped - the pictures made it look larger than it is, but honestly this was not a problem for us. The view is mostly of the Golden Corral, more than the ocean, but you can see the ocean in the distance.

The condo was exactly as advertised. My favorite area was the balcony though...very spacious!

What I didn't like was that we chose to take this trip during spring break. The location of the condo was right above the hot tub area....which was FILLED with college kids partying! Not the hosts fault at all...just my lack of planning lol.
