I was disappointed about the bathroom. I expected as a Club 10 guest, would have more amenities.

Location and clean room.

They asked me is I was self parking but didn't give me a pass for my car, I could have been towed. I also do not like the wrist bands for the pool. It makes it feel like prison and if you loose it they will not give you another one. Also when you wear it in public you are open to EVERYONE knowing where your staying and could make you be in danger of getting mugged or your car broke into. This is not acceptable for a high paying hotel to treat you like a child because they can not handle people from the street walking in.

Very nice property with views of the gulf and a high class feel all around. Staff was excellent as well. Will definitely stay again.

Bathroom! the shower head had no pressure; the flow of water was poor. There were some rust stains on the tub and around the glass divider. I mean, you don’t expect such things from a 4-Star rated hotel, especially if you’re booking a VIP King Suite and spending almost $800 a night just on the room. Just like I mentioned the last time, the Elevators are old and shakes a lot.

lovely staff, food in restaurants excellent. Jocelyn in Blakes is fantastic. Great cocktails

they let themselves down with technology. phone was broken twice, tv apps not working and cheomecast not working. internet patcjy and required constant logging out and back in. same when watching netflix or showtime. in Blake‘s we ate 5 times and every time the food was excellent, but every time something was forgotten or wrong. I suggest using notepads!! we had an u pleasant incident when we ordered drinks and food at cove. we were out under massive pressure to sign check wven though we were not finished. server came 3 times while we were still eating and wanting to order more drinks and we were annoyed by it. your shift changes and tip collection ahould not be your customers problem.

I loved our view from the room. I liked the balcony. I liked the lobby; it’s beautiful. We loved pheneas 🦜. Loved the valet guys; they were all wonderful! We liked almost everything about our room. Liked the pool, endless towels and s’mores by the pool. Megan (server at the pool) was so kind! She was the nicest person we encountered the entire stay there. We asked for her by name the next day. We weren’t in her area so she couldn’t serve us where we sat.

I did not like that the a/c in the room seemed regulated. At times during the day it needed to blow cold air much harder. Bring automatic room service back rather than making us call for more clean towels and picking up wet towels. The trash we had was an issue. Needed larger trash cans since we have to call y’all just to come empty the 2 tiny ones provided. Didn’t like the noise from the pool (drunks, music past midnight is annoying) the front desk staff seemed snooty; little to no smiling & certainly not over friendly. It’s almost hard to say there was any friendliness. Very businesslike. Just doing their job. Chairs at the pool are too crowded; hard to get around in some areas. Pool seemed larger in pictures.

Waitresses only waited on certain guests around the pool. I had to get all of my own drinks.

Our location in the hotel was FABULOUS! Great view of the Gulf! The Room was lovely, spacious for two gals; good bathroom, wonderful amenities - love the Molton Brown treats. Enjoyed breakfast in the room each morning - delicious AND RAPID AND POLITE SERVICE! Although we thought the 57th Lunar Ball was AT the hotel in that conference center, the very accommodating security guard was gracious to call the desk and manage a chauffered ride to our location several blocks away - very polite young man helped two 82 year old ladies get there and friends returned us that evening. Service beyond compare! A truly memorable visit. Thank you. Ellen Stuart

The lack of money to stay forever!

The food was great the staff were friendly except bartender, oceanside view was spectacular and the rooms are amazing w/ all the extra amenities...

The pool area staff not very friendly to all guest...maybe alittle more one on one conservation to everyone & music could use some tune up to set the mood for guest to sing & dance not just jazz that gets u sleepy & boring. I was alittle annoyed how a parent allowed her young child along side her in poolside bar and bartender nor security did nothing. and how on both days at the pool 2 different women were literally drunk spilling their drinks in the pool water and 1 falling along side of pool and bartender did'nt noticed but i did very unprofessional as for the young man in the poolbar w/ his mother not cool so i left the pool before i caused a scene w/ the parent.

We travel a good bit and stay at nice resorts. Outside of the active pool area, I could not tell why this property is considered a resort, except to charge more for the rooms. You don’t control the property along the beach.

At these prices for a room, having to request room service is insulting. That should be a given. Plastic cups and cheap toilet paper are also indicative of a property lacking true resort credentials. I would rate your employees, but we hardly came in contact with any of them other than the parking attendants, who were excellent.
