I liked that they offered a shuttle to the cruise terminal, there and back. I liked they offered parking during the cruise. I liked being able to have a decent breakfast before meeting our cruise.

When I first got there I got a room with the view of the back of the hotel building, I booked because it said I would have a water view of the ocean. Then the toilet didn't have water in it and wouldn't flush. Asked for a new room and they gave me a room with someone already in it. Third time was a charm, was able to get a nice room with a view of the pool and part of the ocean.

I liked the location of the hotel being right across from the beach. I liked the view from my room of the hotel pool or the beach area. I liked that I could see the parking lot area from the back side.

I didn’t like the really soft pillows. I didn’t like the one elevator per location. I didn’t like that every morning someone text to check on my stay, but didn’t answer my question. I didn’t like that all phone lines were busy when I called from the room. I didn’t like that breakfast was not included in the price. I didn’t like that parking price was not included in the pricing.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, kid friendly pool, daily activities for kids, food and beverages available at the pool, closeness to restaurants , etc.

Im the afternoon, the pool was exceptionally crowded and most people did not have wristbands which made me think they weren’t actually staying as a paid guest at the hotel. It was reported to the desk on two separate occasions after which we were told it would be checked by management. It never was. On a side note, a security officer told my 37 year old daughter that she couldn’t have her large insulated cup 🤷‍♀️

Ivan at the pool bar was amazing! Very friendly, funny and his service was great! Please let him know. Also, Precious at the front desk was great! Enjoyed her service and friendliness!

The rooms were very clean but need to be updated. Our bathroom door squeaked so bad it woke us up! The room was expensive and our view was air conditioners and they were loud! Rooms 503 and 504.

We stay here every year and absolutely love it. The location is great, the beach is right across the street with a jetty right in front of you. The pool and hot tub are great. They have bar service inside and out at the pool along with a band at night. Complimentary towels to use at the pool. Yazmen at the front desk is absolutely wonderful along with everyone else that works here. See you next year if not sooner..

We go to this property for the Pool this trip it was very hot in the pool. The hot tub was making it hot. We told the staff it was very hot and they replied yes several people have mentioned that. But the hot tub continued to add hot water to the pool. We had stayed at a different hotel the night before just a mile away. That Pool was pleasant. It was not weather related.

The price and the services. I was charged an extra 60 dollars for a 2 mile ride down to the port when I booked it, and it made it seem like it was included. Then, when I called, it was not so for 1 night, almost 500 dollars, with adding 60 for shuttle, and the breakfast was not that great, and I paid for that 2. It's not exactly worth it. Probably won't stay there for a cruise again.

Very inclusive and diverse, mixed families felt welcome, I didn't get stared at for my numerous tattoos. Most other guest were showing a lot of ink too, which I liked. Basketball hoop fixed on the pool allowed my kids continuous slammin' time. We dunked from morning till night. The hotel even provided a lot of balls. Pool was a little small, which is great for my boyz meeting girls.

Old bar played too much country music which didn't fit my crowd. The only out-of-place old dads spent too much time watching their daughters and not letting me my kidz talk to the girls. Sour looks where we were showin our skillz around the net.

The location is unbeatable, there is always someone cleaning it. The kids love the pool that looks small but has a basketball hoop. They get tired, we cross the street and we are at be beach. Parking is close, compared to other hotels in is such a hassle to get to the car. They have water fountains, you don’t need to pay for water bottles… marked up. They have activities for kids. Breakfast is affordable and kids love it. The rates are great. what impressed me was a text from front desk asking if all was ok. I then mentioned a few issues, they addressed it immediately. Called my room to discuss. Very proactive. They show they listen and they care.

Some rooms smell, being across from the beach, I think it is expected.

Larry at the front desk is wonderful, he helped me out when our reservation was never sent to them and we had paid in full,. He is such a wonderful person and he was so helpful. The food and staff are wonderful, I give the a 10 plus !!

The fact my reservation was not sent to the hotel and it took extra time to contact booking and try to get it fixed. Had to refund my card and luckey they still had rooms available. Know one could give a reason why this happened, we had a conformation number and pin for the room.
