The location is good, right by Walmart and the beach. The room is nice, smaller than I realized but overall it’s good. The bed is extremely soft and if that’s not your thing don’t book this room. Our bodies and necks hurt the whole time but we realize that some would have loved that. The room was very clean!

Check in took a long time due to one person working. You have to pay $30 for the parking and amenities pass at the front desk before going to the room. The facility wasn’t adequately staffed for the amount of people coming in for Spring Break. The laundry only has 2 machines so there was a long wait to wash. We would have been better served at a laundry mat. Not a big complaint, just acknowledgment.

The property was secure and I felt safe. Extremely clean apartment / condo (great sanitation and pest control procedure). Ocean view. Quiet room. Great AC. Nice front porch outside the office with benches to sit and relax. Mr. Coffee pot in the room and free ice water and coffee in the lobby. Comfortable mattress in the twin size sofa bed convertible easy chair. Good information packet upon registration. Owner was available to contact for questions.

Elevator was not working. Glad I was on the 1st floor at least but it was strenuous to carry luggage from and to the car. Need more hooks for beach towels in the bathroom. More shelves cubby hole type in bathroom next to sink. Need to extend a counter for traveler toiletries. Large sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced or updated. Need a fan in the bathroom to vent steam. Make sure guest knows how to make sure the door is in LOCKED position. Perhaps chair molding by dining table. Better front door stopper to prevent door from hitting the wall. Need a kitchen cabinet door stopper by the coffee cup shelves. Update toilet handle and flapper.

I guess we were near what was a resident, and a loud mouth,who wasn’t happy with the other renters, and yelled from her balcony about them smoking, when others just ignored it - it made for a uncomfortable evening . Not sure I like the fact residents live there. They seem to “ bully”

Location to beach. Pool was awesome. Great view from balcony. Guest bedroom bed was super comfy. Kids loved bunk beds. Shower was amazing! Owners very responsive to my issues.

That i thought the fridge was broken because it had to cool over night! Very small mini fridge so we kept stuff in coolers. Very weird that burners on stove wouldn't boil my water. We did manage to cook eggs the next day and bacon! Also dishes were in dishwasher from prior guests. No paper towels and we did run out of toilet paper. Pull out sofa bed was horrible we could not use it. Felt bars and bumps. Had to hold down toilet to flush. Also wished they had netflix. There were about 4 cable channels. TV in bedroom was very small and mounted.

The hotel is very quiet and almost directly on the beach. The facility is very spacious and offers everything you need. We especially like to highlight the hospitality of April from the front desk. We had forgotten something in the hotel and April has answered immediately and even sent us the item by mail! thank you very much again for this!

The unit was very clean, with a short walking distance to the beach.

I'm not being super picky, but there was one and a quarter roll of toilet paper provided for 5 people for three days. It would have also been nice to have known there was only one set of wash rags and towels for our stay before we left home.

This property was more than we could have asked for!! The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The pool was very nice and family friendly. This was perfect for a chill girls weekend. Would 100% stay here again.

Clean updated area. Loved the location. Friendly helpful staff. Updated decor and appliances.

500 Sq ft is sooo small. 2 grandsons did not come. Just my daughter and I. Bed was very uncomfortable. Too soft a mattress. Never found heated pool.

The apartment was great the only thing I would say that could be better, the bed was extremely soft, which I prefer firm. The couch bed was very thin. Other than that everything was great!
