Good location near stores and restaurants Reasonable price Our rooms were interlocking as requested no problem checking in and out

It was busy when we got there to check in. Needed a little patience but they moved quickly

Just across a side street (a short walk) from a nice supermarket; within short drive to a Walmart; "mini-fridge" in our room large enough to be useful. Across the street (a different short walk) from the beach; no trouble parking at the motel; we felt safe walking in the area both during the day and at night. Check in agent was pleasant and helpful. There was a problem with the first room we checked into, but the motel promptly/pleasantly moved us to a room that was what we expected. We plan to stay there again if in Galveston -- good deal for the price.

No real complaints. This seems to be an older motel that is being refurbished.

I know they were renovating so my issue was not with the procedure of getting construction going on for repairs and renovations but they could work on getting their elevators serviced or maybe replacing them with completely with newer models! very scary going in those elevators

The location is probably the best feature about this hotel.

There is a huge roach infestation. My husband got woken up by one crawling on his face at 4 in the morning we were so furious we almost cut our vacation short. This is definitely a cheap hotel for a reason. The pool is also extremely dirty. There were hundreds of birds flying over us and pooping on us as we we were swimming one night. I am just overall not satisfied with my stay. We stayed 5 days 4 night and not ONCE did they come by to clean our room which luckily my husband and I are very clean but the trash from left overs and snacks piled up pretty quick and well we had to get rid of it so we wouldn’t attract MORE roaches into the room. I highly wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially not if you have children.

The bed were very comfortable the restroom was very clean the breakfast was delicious and we had a great view of Ocean

The cable in our room did not work couldn't watch TV

I Have been Coming To This Hotel For Almost 20yrs About 3 To 4+ Times A Year! I Always Request Kroger Side, I See A lot Of Improvement's Taking Place And Have Been Since Beachfront Palms Went in After Red Roof Was Basically Closed Due To Lack Of Maintaining The Property Which Needed To Happen! So New Beds, ( No Critters ) ( SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE CLEAN) Fresh Painted Rooms, Nice Art Work On The Walls, Direct Tv With Newsmax And Fox On In The Lobby! Thumbs Up! New Paperless Check In And Check Out At Counter, The Indoor pool Stated On Website And Booking Sites Is Correct, Since Beachfront now Owns Quality Inn Next Door, As A Guest Of Beachfront Palms you Can Have Access To Heated Indoor Pool Next Door, Housekeeping Has improved And Actually Checks on You Throughout Your Stay For Towels Or Soap Etc., Front Desk Team Is Also Very Nice, Now Has A Gym/ Work Out Area Right Across From The Front Desk, The Grounds Are Getting Cleaner, And Less Non Guest Hanging Around The Property, Elevator's Are Working Better, No Smoking In Rooms Although The Hotel Provides A Smoking Area! I Seen Maint. Busy Most Of The Time During my 2 Day Stay, Also New Shampoo And Conditioner Holders, Extreme Hot Water, Coffee Makers Are Back, Safes, The Entire Staff Can Also Be Tipped by your Phone If You Wish To Do So Which Is Smart For Business! Yes Folks Birds And Wind From The Ocean Are There, If Concerned About Either Stay Off 4th And 3rd Floor. And For Anyone That Has Ever Stayed Here you Know What The Breakfast Existed Of , Go Check Out That New Breakfast Buffet It Was A Total 100% Change!

Absolutely fantastic, our new go-to for Galveston. Amazing value, included breakfast included an actual self serve buffet room (sausage, egg, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, muffins, way more!). Staff allowed us to check in early when we called, so we could transfer our stuff from the previous hotel here. Checkout is a generous 11am. Staff is friendly. Laundry on property, you'll need quarters! Beachfront, walk directly across the street to the beach. Pool looked good, we didn't have time to visit it but saw it being cleaned each morning. Room was clean, included plenty of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. No issues with room, microwave, or fridge. Highly highly recommend.

Covid restrictions limit housekeeping/new towels.

Front desk, cleaning crew were so helpful and friendly, pool is clean, breakfast is good, our view was beautiful we got partial view of the gulf and were in room 320, elevators were working fine

Our room was 320 (THIS IS NOT ABOUT CLEANING CREW/Maintenance MANAGER) The room we got had 1 mattress that was smelly no matter how many times they cleaned the room and changed the sheets it was the mattress and that issue belongs to the hotel manager hoping they hear this request and go check it out for themselves. Now again could be humidity could be a pet stayed there and owners let the pet go under the bed...other than that this room was great and staff was amazing.

The rooms were great and comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach and short driving distance to stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The elevators didn’t work so we had to walk up the stairs to our rooms. The pools is heated which I didn’t like. In the middle of summer a heated pool is not a good idea!

I liked the location it was right across the street from the beach hut also next door to a grocery store and in the midst of food places.

I didn’t like the elevator, there was no oxygen in there and it was a little nerve wracking, when we would land on each floor it would do this jerking motion that I did not like. The lobby had tons of flies (I’m just the type to strongly dislike flies) The eggs in the breakfast area weren’t great they would have been better scrambled. One of the receptionists was so busy talking to another employee that she didn’t even give me what I asked for and I didn’t like her professionalism. My kids room smelled a little bit like urine and it was a very displeasing smell I had to buy air fresheners to mask the stench.
