Harbor House Hotel and Marina

The location was so convenient. next to restaurants everything is walking distance and right next to the strand for shopping. Our vehicle stayed parked here while on a cruise as well.

Room was very nice and large. Breakfast was enough as we were heading on a cruise ship.

I didn't like the Pier 21 shuttle service that Harbour House contracts with as they never came to pick us up at the ferry. We called many times. Finally, one of the ladies from our group decided to walk to the hotel (7 blocks) and get her car and come pick us all up PLUS our luggage. Very inconvenient especially when you are ready to get home and you have a long time to travel to get home. And it was extremely hot and humid standing around waiting with no information. I know HH contracts with them, but I think they need to keep a closer eye on them.

we loved the location right at the pier so we could walk around the strand and grab dinner before getting a good night sleep and getting on our cruise in the morning.

we parked at the hotel while on our cruise. there was a shuttle that took us but upon returning there was nothing. we called and reminded them we were getting in and asked and they said there was one coming. we stood in the rain for over an hour before walking the 3-4 blocks in the pouring rain to get back to the car. not super convenient!

The facility was beautiful. Dee was the at the check-in desk and she made staying an absolute pleasure. Our room was extremely spacious and very clean. The view from our window overlooked the harbor and it was amazing to wake up to that view in the morning and see our cruise ship pulling into the port. Breakfast was continental but we were offered some of the freshest fruit I've ever gotten at a hotel breakfast; none of that canned stuff. The hotel is walking distance from The Strand and several restaurants so there was no shortage on food, drinks or on things to do and see.

The room and bathroom were a great size. The bed was comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. We picked a view so that we could watch the cruise ship that we would be on, dock. The location was very convenient to reach a plethora of restaurants within walking and short driving distance.

The room was cold and the pillows a bit flat but overall, the stay was very comfortable and the location extremely convenient for a stay the day before our cruise.

Great location, right next to the cruise terminal and the Strand. Lots to do within walking distance. Room was huge and very nice with a great view of the water and cruise ships.

We must have checked in when the normal front desk employee was on break. The gentleman who came from the back seemed irritated to have to check us in. Other than that everything was excellent.

The location is awesome, walking distance to shopping, coffee and dining. There is even some public Tesla Destination Chargers right across the street. We used the shuttle to get to the Royal Caribbean Terminal and parked our car there for the duration of the cruise.

Shower door seal was not on correctly so the door would not shut but I was able to fix it. Access to plugs for charging could be better

The location was great. We were close to the shops, trolly , There were resturants close by, We got there very early from our cruise and they gave us a room. It was so nice. Best money spent was on the trolly. It takes you all over and we got to see so much. Breakfast was ok, but it also was free no complaints. We were able to walk to the historic area. The only thing I wish they had grab bars in the shower.

The breakfast, for the price of the room you would think they would have a great breakfast… cereal containers and milk … very disappointing… but Starbucks was across the street along with a string of restaurants ❤️

Hotel was close to activities that didn't require too much walking in the heat. Dee, the front desk lady was a wonderful help to us.

Better communication concerning guest pick up after the cruise.
