The room was modern and spacious with a full kitchen. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was served every morning and usually it's the same thing every day but not with this hotel. It was something different every day. The front desk when we arrived were very helpful and friendly. I even had something delivered from Amazon and they made sure that I received my package. When we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a reservation, but it was found that our booking.com reservation did not carry over, but the front desk people were able to recreate our reservation and also give us the rate that we had signed up for. Unfortunately, the room with the double beds and view was no longer available but she was able to accommodate us in a king bed with a view.

The breakfast sometime has turkey sausage that was hard as a rock. I would just suggest keeping an eye out for times of when the food with start going bad or begin to harden.

Greeted with a beautiful fresh fragrance, this place exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with my suite and planned on extending my stay just because of the luxury feel, the staffing very friendly, I was always greeted upon entry and departing I felt valued. I truly loved everything!!!! Breakfast was amazing! Staff was there to prepare food for the hotel guest. I couldn’t have asked for better! Will definitely have this place as top choice upon my next stay.

The apartment was clean and just the right size, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied for two people and there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. We could close the bedroom door and that blocked any noise from inside, so we could enjoy uninterrupted sleep. Our room did have a view of the Gulf. but there were no balconies since it was located on the street across from the beach. It was a 3-4 minute drive to the beach because the public beach across the street was closed until June 2022 for repairs. Even if it was open, it would have been a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and it was easier to drive the few minutes to actually park on the beach (although there were no restrooms at that location). The breakfast and coffee were great every morning and coffee was available throughout the day and evening. They also had a Wednesday evening get together with wine and beer and a nice variety of food. The location of the hotel was great - just a short drive to lots of great eating places and historic sights.

We were above the basketball court and could hear the ball bouncing from the second floor. Fortunately, no one used it later in the evening.

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. The food was ok, but I did appreciate the fact that they continued to prepare and serve breakfast. Our view was nice overall.

We missed the wine and food reception because they did not have it posted and we were not told. We only knew about it because after a day out on the town we returned at 5:55 and I did try to go ahead and get a glass of wine, but a staff member I had never seen to that point, sort of cut me off and literally grabbed all of the remaining wine bottles that still had wine and walked past me without even acknowledging I was standing right there about to get a glass of wine. (This was the only rude staff member we encountered). The pool is tiny and not heated and the is no hot tub.

Beautiful, clean rooms and facilities. Friendly, helpful staff and an amazing breakfast each morning. Conveniently located near UTMB, restaurants, Stewart Beach access.

Unfortunately, they do have to charge for parking because parking along the seawall in Galveston is at such a premium during peak seasons & events, the need to protect parking for hotel customers is an absolute necessity. Upon check-in, a tag is issued to place in your windshield to avoid any parking issues during your stay.

The breakfast was okay, I wish it catered to lactose intolerance (choices without cheese preferred would have been great with the eggs). But overall it was great, the waffles and toppings were a big hit for our family and the cereal worked great for our toddler.

Understanding the dinner serving, we didn't know it was available and then we saw it but were not sure how it all worked so we didn't participate.

I liked the breakfast, tasty variety. I liked having oatmeal and other cereal as well as eggs and potatoes. It would be nice to have chicken sausage or turkey as we don't eat pork. Having boiled eggs would be a nice option as well.

It would have been nice to have another chair in the room for eating at the table. We only had one chair for the kitchen. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking. I understand, but did not know in advance. The prices for the snacks were too high.

Nice Big Family Rooms, Good Breakfast, Cool Pool for Kids, Nice Friendly Staff.

We changed rooms during our stay because we stayed another night and left our little boys baby blankets by accident in our other room and I'm pretty sure housekeeping threw them in the trash 😔. They should have a lost and found it was totally unacceptable. Also the Hotel is more like 1000feet from the ocean not 100feet like they advertise.

After playing on the beach most of the day it was great coming back to a more peaceful section of the beachfront.....less people, traffic, and noise made for peaceful sleep at night. The breakfast had a wonderful assortment of items and the location was a few minutes walk from restaurants. The staff was always friendly and greeted us each time we entered. One of the staff members ( hispanic lady working the desk in the evening ) was especially kind enough to get us extra towels when we ask for them. Overall this is our new favorite place to stay when visiting from Tulsa, OK.

Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive!

I only wish it was a little closer to the “action” but all in all great stay!
