Bed was comfortable Able to use the crosswalk to access the beach. Staff was wonderfully accomodating

Floors were very dirty. I wiped up spilled water in the room on the floor and dining area and the paper towel came up really black.There were only 3 small unfluffy pillows on our bed and the refrigerator froze our dog's food. The room was for the most part nice but all the baseboards were either taped Into place or had fallen off on the floor.I t made the room look ugly and unclean.

The staff was wonderful even with someone else was yelling at them. It was error from the person and not staff. The offered to help still because of the husband. The handled the wife with grace and stood their ground when she went crazy and screaming. I would have thrown her out and let the husband stay. They were nicer then what I would be.

I've been going here for years now and now the beds are not great. Maybe it's time to replace them. I have back problems and the beds made it worse.

Surprisingly quiet. Beds are extremely comfortable. 30-second walk to beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Maybe no frills and no elevator, but was a perfect view of the beach and very clean. Considering some damage from the recent hurricane, we were impressed that the property was still able to host guests with all the usual amenities. Highly recommend for a well-priced, very comfortable lodging that is right on the beach.

The Location & The Staff Was Amazing Ms Jane Was very Helpful but Ms Jennifer was Amazin , friendly & On Point with our STAY she was Very Attentive & So Sweet & Made Sure We got what we needed & Was So sweet not just to us but all others around ..VERY SATISFIED W/ WHOLE STAY

Not Anything I didn't like EVERYTHING WAS GREAT... But Maybe just a warm blanket in closet . A/C Was amazing & Was comfortable stay but got a little Chilly.. & only had sheets to cover up with.. but NOT complain at all ..

The door to the room has mechanical issues from salt air and becomes a challenge to open . Keep in mind that you pay a fee for your car to stay there with you.

The room was very new and clean. Nice size dressing area and bathroom. The beach was across from us.!

That the beach was just within walking distance. All you had to do was cross the street, and you were at the beach. And Dennys was like, literally 50 feet away. They are open 24-7. There is one washer and dryer at the hotel for guests, and it's $2.50 to wash 1 load and $2.50 to dry your clothes. The dryer worked very well. The young lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Actually, both of the ladies were friendly.

I just didn't like the shower head. It was not adjustable. When you would turn the water on. The water would hit the back of the tub. You could not adjust it closer to the front of the shower. And the pillows were super flat. Everything else was great !

Rooms were nice and were the beds

I was charged for 2 rooms instead one 1 room although they stated they did make a mistake and they were able to correct it within a few days Also there were no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. Wouldn't have been too bad climbing the stairs but I had to walk with a cane and if I didn't have family there to help I'd never would've made it.

The hurricane caused damage, so we understood it couldn't be helped but it just took us by surprise not knowing until we got there. However, the staff gave us the option of looking at our room and if we decided not to stay, we would receive a refund. We do wish there was an elevator .. only because of luggage though. We like taking stairs.

Comfy beds and nice showers. Quiet room and great AC/heater. Great pricing.

There was a roach on the toilet and so much masking tape along the "baseboards". Some of the wall fell off behind the big ugly chair and there was rust in the bathroom. I'm guessing the bottom floor flooded during Beryl? No mold that I saw so that was a plus. Aside from this, I'd stay here again.
