Ive driven by this motel for years but never stayed. It looked older ,cozy , retro. This weekend in particular my reservations fell through at a motel on the Pennisula so I decided to give the Kinights Inn a try it process was easy to book & I think I got a good rate within my budget. I had the option to pay in full. As we arrived the front desk was an easy transaction. The room was a bit older then the pictures online. We came prepared with our own cleaning supplies & we made the room work. The bed was comfortable, ac was cold, the view of the beach was beautful. No problems with noise or crazy neighbors. The staff was there to clean up everyday day. The microwave & mini frig were clean.Ee are near a gasstation, food , resturants & of course a short walk across the street was the beach. The only thing Id say to work on more is the Bath tub needed some repair. Over all our stay was very cool & Id definately will come back.

the bathroom needs more attention. We saw some small roaches,,we bought bug spray. Everything else was managable

It wasn't the most extravagant place, however, it wasn't dirty. Our room was clean, there was a fridge that we were able to make use of and also a microwave but we didn't use it. They didn't have continental breakfast or anything like that, but we didn't expect it. The staff went above and beyond and let us store our bags there for a few hours until we were able to check-in. Our cruise returned at 9 am and rather than walk around dragging our bags in tow they let us store our bags. That was greatly appreciated.

Can't really say there was anything that I didn't like. We weren't driving, we had gotten an uber to the location from our cruise. We only needed to stay there 1 night and so for the price, it was sufficient.

Because of the virus restrictions, no breakfast or housekeeping. They called us to see if we needed extra supplies. Clean rooms - no mold or bugs. It is directly across from the beach. No problems with parking spaces when we were there. Pleasant check in and check out. Parking lot well lighted at night. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Short walk to pleasure pier and several food places. Of course, the price was the best thing. Don't expect the Ritz, it is just a plain and simple motel but clean and in a great location.

We loved the room. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and the shower was very roomy. The staff was very friendly which made both check in and check out seamless. The hotel is close to local bars and restaurants and the beach was a short walk across the street! We will definitely be back! 🩷

I wish the bed had been facing the other way so we could have laid in bed and watched the ocean. Other than that it was perfect.

Everything from the check in to checking out. We've stayed here several times in the last 2 years and it has been amazing every time. The view of the beach and pleasure pier is always one of my favorites. Is close to everything that we wanted to do. We could just park the car and walk.

The fact that they are not pet friendly. The could charge 50 dollars a stay and make more money. Just a thought.

Across the street from the beach and walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Great hot water in the shower. Bed was very comfortable.

Right on Seawall, facing the beach and two blocks from the Pleasure Pier; what a great location. Short walks to several good restaurants. The continental breakfast was minimal, but hey! fresh coffee and orange juice with a packaged pastry ain't a bad way to start the day in Galveston.

The parking lot needs resurfacing. Street noise late at night is a bit annoying, not sure how to fix that.

It’s right by the beach and it’s a affordable price for a family vacation

No issues except the beds feel very firm not my preference but besides that very clean room and location is very good next to pleasure peer.

As always absolutely loved the view that I received. The check-in was easy great had no problems for the most part the staff was pretty good

When we arrived the remote to the television did not work I went back up there got new batteries it still wouldn't work my husband goes up there to let her know that it was still not working and she shoved a new remote at him quite Rude the lady was

The hotel is old and nothing fancy. The rooms could use a deep cleaning. The fan in bathroom that doesn't work was full of dirt but the daily cleaning was acceptable. But, the staff is more than accommodating and made the stay extremely comforting. The gentleman working the day shift office was the best.
