Modern design and hotel stay was pleasant

Inflexible check in process. The primary reservation person didn;t have physical DL but had digital scanned version in Wallet / Iphone and laptop. They wanted physical DL only. If you say you can do digital check in what does this mean? Had to change the reservation to my wife's by calling Bookings and checkin process took 45 mins. In this age of digital / this is rediculous.

Excellent shower, best ever of all the many hotels I've stayed at over the years!! The room is pretty small if you were on an extended stay. No where to store your clothes, you're forced to live out of a suitcase. But, for one or two nights it's perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable!

It was about 95 degrees when I arrived and I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and was turned down because I'm not a Hilton rewards member.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Incredible value for the price. The hotel was in a great location, clean, comfortable and accommodating. We loved the huge television in the room. We were unable to stay for the breakfast, but it certainly looked great. We took coffee to go, and it was great as well. We'll definitely be back!

The only miniscule suggestion would be to make sure the little snack area is fully stocked. The menu said it had soup and popcorn for sale, but both those items were sold out, so we got chips and candy instead. Again, this was very minor. We were too lazy to go outside the hotel for a snack and could have just ordered Door Dash if we had been really hungry.

Location was amazing. I would like to be a member and be able to stay at all TRU by Hilton and get free nights I travel with my Mom every month we take 1 weekend out of every month and get away we totally enjoy our Mother/Daughter time. It was very clean and the style was modern and beds were extremely comfortable great water pressure and noise levels were excellent. We did not hear anything in our rooms. This place Is great when it comes to all of this. The only down side was breakfast I was hoping to save money on breakfast but instead we had to go out for breakfast for 3 days.

The only thing that was a downer was the Breakfast. There was not a lot of selection. Eggs were very wet looking and 1 selection of meat(polish sausage) and tons of bread English muffin, bagels, and pancake machine. No boiled eggs, fruit or healthier options. Wishing you could improve your breakfast options. 300.00 for 2 nights for 2 adults you would think you could provide more healthier options.

Everything was exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the coffee.

The property was difficult to access due to all of the freeway re-construction in the Dallas-Grand Prairie area but that is not the fault of the owners/managers of Tru By Hilton. One thing I strongly suggest is to provide three, not one or just two, but THREE upgraded microwaves in the common area instead of just the one that doesn’t turn and 15-20 coffee makers to rent to patrons for a small $3 fee to use in their rooms. Some people need a cup straight out the door before even venturing out of their room. A small beer/wine bar to sit at a round table or take to the room would be nice too. Overall exceptional quality!! Outstanding!!

The room was really nice and easy to get to. Everything looked nice and up to date. The hotel was close to everything I was going to do. It was only a 10 minute ride to the Arlington Museum of Art and the AT&T stadium.

There was a slightly strange scent in the hallway. No issues with anything else. Staff was friendly and didn't have any problems.

The hotel was very clean, front desk was great. Hot chocolate option late at night was nice. Rooms were pleasant. AC, hot water, etc. all in good condition. Wifi was good. Hilton Honors welcom was included even though I did not mention by membership when reserving the room.

no fault of the hotel but the road construction nearby was challenging when trying to get to the hotel, the lack of daily room cleaning was not disclosed in the reservation, ran out of towels and bath tissue on the 1st day, had to run to the front desk for assistance :/

Love the lounge and all the colors! It felt so comfortable and well put together! The breakfast was so good and the signage was so cute! Walking in to the room and seeing welcome with our name was so excellent! Also, the signs to put things about what you liked with marker was so unique!

Breakfast was decent but could of used some variety. Only had 1 egg omelet with peppers which my family didn't like. They do have pancakes and cereal and bagels etc... No biscuits and gravy. The bacon was very thin and fast food like.

It was very clean and welcoming, had great AC, great activities in the lobby etc.

The only thing that was inconvenient was the water pressure on the shower. It took each of us close to 30 minutes just to shower because it was so low.
