The staff was the best part of the experience. They were so helpful and accommodating. Whether it was assistance with breakfast, or getting us an iron to use on graduation robes in the lobby for our event bc we were super early and I forgot to pack one. They really made this a wonderful place to stay. The pool was incredible, although a bit green. It was still swimmable and had such an interesting design. Breakfast had so many things for everyone in the family. Everyone got to pick their favorite. The ice machine on our floor was broken, but there are several others in the building, so it was not detrimental.

There were a few broken items such as the ice machine on our floor and one of the back doors. While we were leaving, there was a tech working on the door. It is an older hotel that seems to be in the process of changes, such as new paint, and new fixtures.

The outside of the hotel is very impressive, along with pool area. When you enter the hotel, you step into a spacious area, spotless and beautifully appointed. The young man on the front desk was so welcoming and helpful - we had a problem with the door sticking and he was up in a jiffy and fixed it. Our room was huge, again beautifully appointed, everything we needed - this would've been a wonderful room for us when travelling with our kids years ago. The beds were fabulous, better than my bed at home. Lovely hot breakfast in the morning, our favorite hotel of our two week trip

Having to leave

Had stayed previously and really like the layout of the room, very comfortable and spacious for multiple travelers. This time was in town for surgery and needed a comfortable place to rest and recover. Our family was able to bring a meal and visit with us in the little living room area.

The leather chairs have seen better days: time to recover or replace. I needed a shower, but the the shower head and bathtub spout were not working correctly. We reported this as we were checking out because it was too late at night to switch rooms.

The hotel was in great shape, very clean, remodeling going on, pool was awesome, staff was awesome owner was very friendly. Owner and staff had great customer service. Business and family friendly hotel. No complaints from my family and I. We will be returning in the future

I have no complaints at all I can't even think of one. The owner was remodeling and it was already in good shape, and great all around.

I love the place,it's home away from home and I love the spacious cozy feel.I have spent lots of time here.

The last few times I've stayed here I have experienced bed bugs bites they need to go through the whole place and fumigate other than that it has been a lovely place to stay but I definitely will not go back for this reason

Quiet, rooms well supplied for our needs, heating/cooling were fine. Breakfast was good.

2 outside doors (north and south) just don't work - at least they didn't for me. I haven't used the north in about 2-3 months - can't remember which month it was. The south didn't work on our last visit. The west door works fine. Haven't used the east door in about a year.

it was close to where we needed to be

my room smelled like marijuana and the toilet was nasty so I called the manager he came in and sprayed air freshener but after the air fresh went away u could still smell it and as for the toilet good thing the housekeeper was right next door all I did was let her know and she came right over to clean it

The property itself looks like condos rather than a hotel. The pool area was quaint and perfect for my liking. Some of the rooms have balconies over looking the pool. The room was larger than expected and very clean. All the things one needs and more. Quiet and peaceful place.

They were doing construction in the main lobby when I stayed. Sure it will be nice once completed.

Room 112 The size of the room and the personal patio.

I reserved my room through booking.com and the room I selected stated it had a balcony/patio. So when we checked in she assigned us to a particular room and then she changed it to a different room. So when we started going to the room we were assigned it didn't have a patio/ balcony. So I went back and told her and she put us in the original room. So I just didn't understand why she changed our room to begin with, especially to one that didn't have the facilities as I had reserved.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was awesome. Unfortunately I had to leave in the middle of the on my last night, I received a call that my husband was having a stroke and going to the hospital, so I didn't get to check out at the front desk.

Nothing everything was great.
