We think the hotel is nice and good value for the money.

The issue I have is the hotel price increased with each additional visit that we've made to Lubbock. Our daughter is going to Tech and the price increased for the weekend that was scheduled for move into the college and then it was increased substantially for the parent's weekend in September. I really don't agree with that practice but we aren't left with any alternative.

We like the location, it is close to Texas Tech, and my husband really enjoys the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean.

I feel that the room rates could be better. On the first visit we made to Lubbock the room rate was much less but then as there were more events at the college, the rates increased substantially with each visit.

The breakfast was nice with many options. The tables and counters were clean and the food dispensers were kept filled. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Joe was so happy to make the waffles and bring any condiments needed to the table. Housekeeping lady was so pleasant and supplied any towels that were needed. The beds were clean and very comfortable.

A new color scheme would keep it up to date. It could be remodeled to freshen up the shower and bath tub area. Also additional parking, for those who have extended length vehicles, so as to free up parking for regular sized vehicles. Eggs, bacon or sausage would be a great option for breakfast!

Breakfast at this location was wonderful the breakfast rooms attendant was very attentive to everyone's needs. He even would cook your waffles for you if there was a line for the machines so you could start eating. Excellent service

Less of an individual's car alarm going off throughout the night midnight to 5 a.m. . Numerous times for about 30 seconds at a time

I liked the location, staff was very attentive, especially the breakfast crew. Hot Breakfast was good.

The Pool is indoor but not heated - whhhyy???? I wish it would have been - we stayed middle of winter - it was cold !!!! The Shower curtain needed to be replaced it was moldy -

Great. Food was hot, and there was a good variety available. Personnel kept the food trays full. I was impressed that the front desk knew I had stayed there several times before and asked if I would like to be moved to the floor that I had stayed in all the other times.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are nice.

They could be cleaner, I did find a couple long black hairs on the sink and one of the towels...but evrmerything else was clean, the breakfast is basic. The eggs are gross but the gravy was good, and they had fresh fruit, and cereal, and muffins, and yogurt, and stuff like that.

Super friendly and helpful staff which I highly value. I had a very comfortable room; it was all I needed. I chose this property b/c of rate and location was perfect for me. My only issue is the hotel proximity to the freeway which results in hearing traffic noise in the room. I worked from the room all day, everyday and the freeway noise is constant.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk was easy going. And the breakfast was nice. Everything you need. The pool room was swimmable with it being 35° outside! Will definitely be staying here again

The room smelled a little bit musty when I first entered. It did get better after adjusting the AC and allowing time for it to slowly get better. AC unit was very loud when it was running. When the toilet paper is so thin you can easily see through it, you know it is low quality and requires 2-3 times the amount to do the job. Buy better toilet paper!
