Room was large and clean with comfortable beds. TV was large. Hotel had pool table for free entertainment. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Parking lot had camera security.

Breakfast was lacking. Pancake maker said out of batter but was clearly not used. Price and charges on receipt did not match at all what Booking.com stated was my full price. Front desk attempted to explain but it made no sense and made me feel I was being over charged. If I prepay and Booking says it is full price paid I should not see a different price on receipt. All other hotels I've stayed at with Booking matched. So, I will avoid this hotel if possible because of that. A sense of accurate charges is important to me.

Clean great location

Breakfast options could use an upgrade. The waffle maker was out of service. The egg and sausage option was daily. I checked in Friday an checked out Monday. No breakfast on Monday.

I liked the cleanness of the hotel

Let's see the pool could have been cleaner, whoever installed the restroom door in my room didn't do it properly so it didn't shut properly or stay shut, the entry door the hydraulic was leaking oil down the door making it harder to open

They staff was super friendly and inviting. The hotel had lots to offer.. A great gym! All kinds of fun games for the teenagers .. and a great selection for breakfast.

The only down part was no housekeeping but the staff was very attentive to all my needs.

Pillows not firm enough for me.

The electronic shade was cool. Cleanliness, If you like to play pool the pool table was a nice little touch maybe keep you away from the electronics for a minute. The staff was always helpfull and had good attitudes also. I just really liked the vibe of this hotel and the products! hand lotion espeacially are heavenly.

Clean and bright, modern decor. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. We truly felt welcomed. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

We like the flooring (no carpet) and the stand up shower, though would want a tub if small children were traveling.

Housekeeping did not replace towels left on floor… or enter room at all. But, I can accept that given work shortages, pandemic and it was Christmas.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet and friendly.

The rooms did not provide enough space for hanging clothes and the clothes were out in the open--there was no closet to close them up in. Also, the rooms were very expensive for the size of the room.

Beds are comfortable and hotel very clean. Love the pool table, game area and study area. One of the main reasons we look for a tru hotel first.

Breakfast was just ok this time. Needs some fresh fruit

We didn't check in until 12:30 AM, so we didn't get up in time for breadfast.

We were pleased with everything about the hotel. The staff and room were wonderful.
