We only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and we didn't have to ask for additional supplies for the room. Breakfast was great!

This hotel did not have an elevator, so if you have several bags, it could be a nuisance. Also, this hotel is on a one-way street, so if you miss the entrance, it takes extra time to get back to it. Additionally, the view is not great, but for a one-night stay, it's tolerable. Lastly, the pool is tiny and right in front of the entrance. Since we did not stay very long to enjoy the hotel, it was almost perfect!

Great bed. Great breakfast. Great shower. Good coffee in the room. I think I have written enough. This is a pushy survey that won't let you stop writing.... This is my forth time to try to close this essay.

Some places are not as lovely as the pics online. But this is a fantastic hotel for a bargain price. The coffee at breakfast was weak and not good. But I brewed good coffee in my room Can I please stop typing now? This is ridiculous. I am a professionalwriter. And I have finished. .

I booked this room 2days ahead of time. I loved that I was able to score a descent room at an affordable price. I ran late in checking in so I called, spoke with Alexander who was VERY professional and patient even when I arrived the facility. He made my experience even more pleasant and personable. I was so exhausted from driving 6hrs, he offered to help me with my luggage; this gesture was very much appreciated.

The room "appeared " clean from a distance, bed was made, etc but when I looked closer at the floor around the bed, I spotted debris and a medicine bottle cap which tells me the room was not thoroughly clean. Even in the bathroom I saw some debris. Kind of distasteful but overall, this room was better than other places around so no complaints. I just needed to sleep and not freeze.

When I checked in clerk was NOT friendly AT ALL!! Complained about on line booking and guest needs.. NOT a good first impression if not already paid for I'd have walked OUT 😔

very clean and neat property. The staff was wonderful! Richard was very helpful, as was other staff. they were efficient at check-in and helpful in getting to rooms. Nice, hearty breakfast every morning.

No elevator. How do elderly or disabled people get upstairs carrying luggage? Also, ice machines were out-of-order. they did, however, have some bagged ice on premises.

The room was much larger than I expected, everything was clean, and ready to use, and the staff people were courteous. It was a very nice place to stay and the value/dollar was wonderful.

I reported the toilet seat was loose.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I love that check out was at noon. We didn’t feel rushed.

When we checked in front desk staff took a while to show up for check in.

The Man at the front desk, Alexander, when i came in was on the phone handling a "delicate" situation, This Man has the patience of Job. Very nice and professional and helpful. Sheri, at the front desk this morning is an awesome Lady. Both are keepers, and if i still had my business i would hire them away from you and pay their moving expenses and double their pay just to get them. Both have excellent Character!!!!! If i were you, i would pay them more or other benefits just to keep these two!!! Al

Me and my family were comfortable and the facility as well as our room was clean, the carpet is a bit outdated and had stains but all in all room was clean We will definitely be back, hot breakfast was also available which was great thank you.

One thing that was a bit frustrating was that the pool said it would be open at 10am my kids were all excited waiting for the pool door to open they waited an hour and a half. In my opinion if it says a certain time please open at that time and if it needs daily maintenance as the front personnel told me then get the maintenance done before the time of opening because there was all kind of kids waiting to swim.

Breakfast was adequate and what I expected.

Bookings.com completely messed up what I wanted and the staff did everything they could to correct the situation.
