This hotel is very new. The place is really nice. The rooms, are clean and quiet. There is a mini keurig coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is clean and well equipped with shampoo etc. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. There is a pool that is outdoor and a 24 hour gym. It is a really quiet hotel, and the stay at this Fairfield is really pleasant. The place is spotless, and staff ensure that it stays that way. Complimentary breakfast is served daily and is quite nice. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list when visiting Lubbock as a go to place to stay.

Breakfast was solid......liked the omelets. Coffee was good. Rooms were nice and I liked that I was asked at checkin if I cared to have my room cleaned during my stay. Staff were very friendly. Fitness room was very nice. And I loved the large outdoor seating area out back....I enjoyed having my coffee out there.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. Also there was a little bit of road noise but it didn't last all night.

I asked fir a shower cap as I had forgotten to pack one. I was told someone would bring one to my room. after a considerable amount of time, I returned to the desk, only to be told there were none and that they were now on order. I had to drive to a store to get one. While it’s my fault I forgot to bring one, the hotel should have tried harder to get one/ or told me sooner there were none available. Thee real problem is poor management to allow their site to be completely out before re ordering. That simply is a lack of planning.

Loved the décor and the outside patio. TV was nice and big and everything was modern and clean. The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing.

The pool was freezing, even in 95-degree weather. The room was small. A little cramped.

Arrived a bit late, but breakfast choices were good. Really appreciate the nice atmosphere of hotel. Staff considerate and helpful. Room and bathroom nice size and very comfortable!

Staff breakfast clean up could have started a little later, but realize it needs to be done.

I like that the property is new.

My only complaint is we stayed on family weekend and the breakfast was to be available till 10 am. The lobby was filled with people and I went to get some oatmeal at 9:50 and they were taking it away. I understand maybe not replenishing food but closing it down early when it has that many people present bothered me. I saw someone else going back to make a waffle and they removed the waffle mix as well.

convenience to sports plex

I reserved a room WITH a sofa bed and there wasn’t one available !! I should’ve been charged for a regular room price !! Very inconvenient to have to share a bed

Front desk help is awesome. Accommodations and location is great.

Left my cell phone charger and cord plugged in at night stand. When I called to get it back it had not been turned in at front desk. They checked with housekeeping they said it wasn't found. Very disappointing 😕

It was so convenient to be able to check in on my phone. I walked in, showed my ID and got my key cards. It was so fast.

The staff was very accommodating. Clean facility and very accessible.

The outside noise from the vehicles and the aircon was too audible.
