Best Western Plus Lubbock Windsor Inn

Wonderful staff, great location & a very comfy room. Easy to get in and out, and with great features - like Internet, a microwave, and mini fridge. I also really appreciated the vending machines as someone who was staying alone and didn't get back to the hotel until late, having the option of drinks was great.

I wish Booking.com referenced the pet fee somewhere. I feel like I scoured the policies page several times looking for it. I don't have an issue with the fee, it just would've been preferable to know ahead of time.

Staff was friendly.

Did not get daily serving of the room. Had to visit the cleaning staff in the hallway to get fresh towels. TV Remote was not working most of the time. Also, because I booked this stay through booking.com, no credit to BW account was given.

This is a “bare bones” motel. Better bring your own shampoo because the only(!) items in the room were one bar of soap and a small bottle of lotion. That’s it. No ice bucket, plastic glasses etc. - just the soap and lotion.

Breakfast was like most hotels offer. We went down early, so eggs and potatoes were hot and fresh. An attendant made himself available (big plus).

There was no soap in the room, no caffeinated coffee and the ice maker on the second floor was not working. As I understand there were some shortages which is not terribly surprising due to the current state of the nation.

The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was clean.

The breakfast was mediocre. Tasteless eggs and definately water based gravy. Our bed was a bit softer than usual. When we arrived our room had one towel and it appeared to have been opened and refolded different than the fresh towels we got at the desk.

I appreciated that breakfast was provided. Other guests were stock piling food, so we had to make due with what was available and wait for more to be prepared. The beds were so comfortable. The staff at check in was awesome and very helpful.

There wasn't anything with the hotel itself, just the other guests were extremely loud all hours of the night & early morning outside my room. It would have been more pleasant if they had not lingered in the hallways, thin walls (I had a 4yo trying to sleep from traveling).

air conditioning was hot. no shower curtain in room when we arrived. housekeeping when confronted just kept saying I don’t speak English. took her to the room and showed her. she finally went and got one

We had a wonderful stay we enjoyed everything Stephanie made sure that we felt at home anything we needed she jumped to our request.

We enjoyed everything there wasn't nothing we didn't like.

Location was close to interstate and breakfast was good.

When we arrived, I had to wait 10-15 min before the front desk appeared. Not.sure what she was doing but another guest arrived and then both of us were waiting until someone could check us in. But, everything else was great!

Nice and comfy, pool and spa we're open, they had breakfast but left earlier before we could try. Had plenty of towels for are room. The room set up.

Pool and spa need to be cleaned.
