Red Roof Inn & Conference Center Lubbock

Staff were very nice and helpful. The bar had cheap drinks but wasn’t consistent with the price of the drinks. Price would change every time. But a fun time playing some pool.

What I didn’t like was how dirty the floors were. The smell of mildew & stale cigarette smoke. The sheets and pillowcases had black spots on them. Along with having the coffee pot located in the most disgusting place….BATHROOM!

It was nice and I liked the view it had felt pretty good, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed along with great employees that were friendly

The bed sheets were kind of uncomfortable, and it wouldn’t really keep us warm, and we didn’t want to lower the AC cause it would get hot quick but other than that it was good, I guess just a better blanket or something along the lines

I love the inside. It's very pretty and luxurious for the price. The staff was awesome. Didn't have any problems

I think I would have preferred an inside room but that was something I should have asked for myself. I could smell that someone had been smoking marijuana but i know that that is not something yall can comtrol. I will be looking to stay with yall again this weekend. Thanks guys!!

everything was wonderful except the elevator was not working, I was on the top floor. maybe I’m out of shape but babayyyy it was a mission! (there is some workers working on the elevator as we speak) other then that great staff great price great location great experience ❤️💯

I liked that it had everything you could need. Irn/board,blow dryer,coffee pot,coffee,tea, microwave,fridge. Indoor pool I mean nice rooms. Just a good feeling of home and comfort. Excellent customer care.

in the online ad it states that it has a laundry. there is no laundry. im not from here. That was one of the reasons. I booked. i thought laundry area was available

Bottom line clean. Customer service excellent

I had room 125 and because of where it’s located there was a lot sunlight. Maybe a better curtain that can keep the room cooler. Maybe some kind of window tinting. I did see a lady unloading a bunch of children at the back door with swim suits. I don’t know if they were guest or not. Just what I saw.

If your in a room already and you don’t go back home the next day and have to book another room and you go downstairs to pay again they make u change room so it need to change up cause when I stay all week I have lots of clothes food etc gotta pack everything else first customers should have more rights

Clean room, comfortable bed, near elevator. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Pool closed, shower head was clogged, wanted 1st floor, and I know there were empty rooms that night, need more handicap parking.
