The overall look of the building was great. Very professional, clean, modern. The room was perfect for our family and everything was in great working order. The pool is designed for kids which was perfect for us! We loved it and enjoyed it for hours, which is exactly what we needed after a long road trip. Check in and check out were easy, and the breakfast was superb. The staff were not overly friendly, but they were professional and helpful overall. I highly recommend this location, especially for families!

Staff could have been slightly more friendly and pool towels stocked in the pool area. Otherwise everything was great!

Good wifi was critical for us. In our first room (second floor, west end of building) we had a strong wifi signal but no internet connection. Tech support could only suggest "disconnect and reconnect" which didnt' help. It seems like they have a router issue or interference on that end of the building. We moved to a different room on the fourth floor in the middle of the building where we were able to get a connection. The wifi issue added quite a bit of stress to our visit, hope they can sort this out. Staff was friendly though.

The property looked well kept and was clean; very modern looking and inviting lobby. The staff we encountered were very pleasant, professional, and helpful!

The hallways were very warm and stuffy when we first arrived; not expected after a very long car trip. The usual toiletries were not available in the room- shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face wipe. There were only 2 towels for an occupancy of four. We were provided with what we needed after we asked.

The breakfast provided more options than we expected for a "Continental breakfast", as it included hot foods like sausage, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits. The location was great for us being able to access everything we needed easily.

The A/C unit was terribly noisy, so we had to turn up the temperature in the room to keep it from turning on often. The warmer room + noise level when the A/C had to kick in made it difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Parking was inadequate. There was someone with camper attached that took up 9 parking spots leaving no room for other guests. We had to park in the dirt field/lot next to the parking lot. There were crumbs on the table in our room when we walked in. The shower lost hot water very quickly. We could have used more than 1 towel.

Staff was very nice and accommodating they were able to put my daughter next to us when she came the following day. Breakfast was good.

The room only had two big towels and two little towels and there was 5 of us didn’t like that and on the second night it was not as cold in the room .

Booked through booking.com and charged double so far for just a one night stay. So far I've been charged $250+ . The hotel gave me bill at checkout for $125. While I'm waiting for funds to be released, I'm overdrawn. I'm glad my inconvenience has made it easier for you to get paid. Won't be back. You were the standard.

It’s in a great location for a great price! Very comfortable.

Well, outside our window there where pigeons and a lot of feces. I’m talking inch of it. Plus a dead bird. Dirty window. The bathroom door made an awful noise when opening or closing! The main bath light was not working. Also there where no wash cloths and only one hand towel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was well laid out. The hotel was quiet all night.

The only thing that we were disappointed with was the mini fridge. It didn't really get cold enough, even though we turned the temperature down. And the freezer box couldn't freeze anything.

Seems like a newer property. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. They serve breakfast and coffee in the morning. Check-in was quick and receptionist was very nice.

Only complaint is there was one wash rag and two bath towels in the room for four-person occupancy. It's something that is easy to resolve though.
