Bfast was great and the lobby was welcoming and smelled wonderful. Very homey vibe. The manager goes all out with the decorating of the lobby. I’m assuming she does this with the corresponding holidays and special events. I stayed end of January and it was decorated with valentines decor. Very very nice. Professional but not that corporate, stiff feel or vibe. cookies and water and masks were available while you wait. The manager was training but they both were very welcoming and very nice. Lobby and bfast area felt very warm and welcoming. Right when the doors open the smell alone feels like home and the rooms were comfy and the beds as well. Hot water is great and the rooms didn’t have that musty smell. They know the right products to clean with. Very nice.location was great.

I feel the "fee" reserved on your card should be communicated, in plain sight, when you book. The fee is "hidden" within all the reading content, but no amount is specified. For our stay they held $90, which was later reimbursed. I just feel that should be communicated better when registering to stay at this place.

Our soap dispensers were almost empty so my family couldn't all shower up when we got in that night. We just ended up buying personal soap.

The pool was closed for renovation. Sure we were allowed to use the one next door at the Fairfield inn but that was too much of an inconvenience, free breakfast! so as good as free goes it was ok

There was no hot breakfast, only boxed breakfast due to Covid. And the pool is still closed and drained. We have friends staying at a sister hotel (owned by the same company) who said they received hot breakfast and had access to the pool.

Only complaint, but a big one! The clock in the room had not been changed for daylight savings time; which caused us to be late for the event which was the reason for our travel.
