Cleanliness. Staff was great. Plenty of towels

Not enough lighting or security. Seeing a lot of lpd aka Lubbock police department harassing people for no reason. In face, I currently have a case and LPD CLAIMS they followed me from motel 6 in Lubbock TX. Please mail me an itinerary of my stays for thr last 3 years. Price was good.

Smell of marijuana in room..lamps broken..smoke alarm broken..pillows were with yellow stains..shower faucet loose..bed sheets with stains..bathroom door broken loose..towels were old & faded..phone broken..air conditioner was old,dirty,& broken..bathroom air vent dirty & broken..¹

I requested and was placed in a handicap-accessible room. The room was one of the best handicap-accessible rooms that I have stayed at.

I had trouble with opening my room because the electronic access code key kept malfunctioning.. I had to go to the front desk every day and have the front desk staff person and have the electronic access card rekeyed.

The staff was outstanding, good price, back in Seattle I do miss you guys especially Brenda. Hey lady bug hope all is well. Sorry so late for the review. But all in all if and when I go back to Lubbock. Most definitely will hit up Motel 6 on 66th. Have a blessed day ladies

Booking.com charged my bank & the property took my cash 4 the same night. U owe me 3 free stays. This is the 3rd time u have charged me and NOT REFUNDED ME. Pay me back please! Gin Elliott-LaDue

I liked that as a last minute reservation, it was a reasonable price and it was so much nicer than the previous hotel we had reserved.

There was a lot of traffic and some drama in the parking lot late night/early morning, but as three women traveling for a night, we didn’t feel extremely uncomfortable or endangered. The staff when we checked in seemed distracted and annoyed or angry, which I totally understand working in the same industry. Maybe I just hide mine better when I’m face to face with guests. She was quick and still somewhat courteous…

It's a place that I visit often and service is good because sometimes I get off work late and they ( staff) take care of any issues I may have

Very good quality for the price, the rooms need a bit updating...the hot water was phenomenal, could melt lava 😁, beds were clean and comfy.

The room could use an overall deep clean, ... base boards, doors, ect but overall it was clean.

The location was adequate. The bed was comfortable The amenities were great The cleanliness of the shower and room was good The motel clerk was nice

The room was drafty due to the doors not having adequate insulation The window was also drafty due to the thinness of the window The outside was in need of a facelift

One lady Hispanic says she was manager but she was on phone arguing with someone then she hangs up and then she has attitude toward person in front of me then she went on to being rude to me she was cursing on phone
