Breakfast was good. Room, location and workout room were good. Nice room and really good cleaning staff.

I was surprised that first night was so expensive compared to the others. Because I booked from overseas and used a third party booking, I couldn't see the cost breakdown per night until I arrived. Had I known, I would have booked my first night at another hotel. Why the spike in price? - $249/night compared to $90/night.

Amazing, hot, high pressure shower and comfortable bed. Front desk evening staff was friendly. Great stay for the price, especially considering that it was Texas Tech Family Weekend. Breakfast and cleaning staff were also very friendly.

The room could have been a bit cleaner but there was a large group just checking out of rooms and Texas Tech families checking in. I honestly believe the staff was doing the best they could to clean rooms quickly.

The hotel offered a variety of items for breakfast. The space in the room and bathroom was nice. I was able to spread out our stuff without feeling closed in.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and the lamps over the night table in between the beds were really loose. I felt like the lamps would come off the wall when I turned off the light at night.

Nice and clean and the employee that does the breakfast setup was so nice and very attentive to everyone and kept everything full. She was wonderful. I forgot her name but I would come back just to see her again because I know the breakfast will be wonderful!

Our mini family vacation stay was very good. The staff was friendly and kind. I have 4 girls and when house keeping came around she provided more towels and cleaned up for us. She was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Comfort Suites was in a good area to get around to everywhere went. Definitely recommend

It was very clean, the location was good, most of the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good.

The staff on the front desk when we checked in was rude. she was restocking when we got there and she made us wait for her to finish, not by asking but by looking at us then continuing on with what she was doing. she made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her even after she made it back to the desk. the beds were also quite hard.

The location was great for what we were there for, beds were also comfortable and room size was great.

As soon as we entered the room I headed to use the bathroom where I noticed there was a ball of hair on the floor, and the wall next to the toilet had stains on it.

The hotel was great and the rooms very large The staff was very nice and any time we needed something they were very prompt to get it for us

The bathtub in room 203 didn't have a stopper where you could take a bath

Breakfast was great and location was very convenient. I was very impressed by the cleaning of both the room and public spaces. Both were spotless. It's the cleanest hotel I think I've ever stayed at. Staff were friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Very nice experience with all staff.

Nothing to complain of

The breakfast is good, I love the tasty sausage and the variety of food served. The lady serving the food is really nice. I would like like to comment the old lady serving and cooking the breakfast ay the same time. She did a very good job!

The location is a bit far drom the cebter but it dies not really affect our stay since we chose the hotel without reference to the location and we loved the hotel.
