The beds were the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel, gorgeous ! My room was comfortable and spacious, refrigerator , TV everything about the room was excellent. The room and hotel was spotlessly clean, it was such a comfort. The staff were helpful and friendly, excellent stay, I will stay again no problem.

Possibly the breakfast if there was more variety available and staff to help more with being attentive to showing guests how to use the waffle maker etc as some guests were from abroad, we didn't know how to use the equipment. Just a small thing.

The room & property were top notch. Clean, comfortable & well worth it for the price. Breakfast was also excellent. Cindy from the breakfast room was very friendly & accomodating to our needs.

I was traveling with my elderly mom & had requested ahead of time for a ground floor room. I was sent an email saying that it could be arranged. Upon arrival, which was after 3pm, but earlier than what I had expected, we were told they had no more ground floor rooms vacant & we were given a 3rd floor room.

Everything! The Hotel was really clean I love how it smelled so fresh! The room was spacious the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and kind. The check out process was fast and simple they were waiting for me. Dove products in the restroom, I love those.

The pool was packed, but it's summer so that's to be expected. The walls were a little thin I could hear the conversations outside the room while in the restroom.The sliding door was a little heavy.

located right where we needed to be - it’s right across the way from the Alamo Drafthouse. We planned months in advance to get tickets there and stay in a hotel.

The hot tub/Jacuzzi wasn’t as clean as we expected. It could have been due to all the family’s going in and out of it. there was what looked like dirt or some discoloring to the foam, which was turned way up for some reason, in a small area of the tub.

It was clean and well taken care of. I love that room had a pull down blind over the window for darkness. Being able to control the room temperature was also very helpful as it dropped into the 30’s at night and went into the 70’s during the day.

Only one elevator worked which made getting two and from the 4th floor much more annoying. It unfortunately made 4 floors of stairs a better option. While the indoor pool was wonderful, during the 3 days we were there the towels were never stocked

I like the location. It’s close to my sons apartment. It’s close to all the places I need to be around.

I do not like the elevator hallway. It’s always congested. There’s a table there too, cramps the space. When people are waiting for the elevator they are close to the doors & when you come off the elevator it’s crowded.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The area was quiet and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Only 2 towels in the room for a family of 5 and the breakfast area was poorly furnished with little room to sit and signs barring the ability to bring food back to the room. Not a big deal though.

Breakfast was perfect!!

I didn't like that the breakfast host got in trouble because someone requested something special and he was extremely busy trying to keep up with breakfast for everyone. There Should be someone else helping him. & He shouldn't of gotten in trouble he was doing a great job multi tasking everything!! We felt very horrible for him.

Everything was super clean and the breakfast was hot and yummy! The room was perfect size and fit my family of 4 just right. The location was safe and quiet and right next to an Alamo theater, by a walmart and close to Buffalo wild wings. 😜 cannot wait to stay here again for our next trip in a few weeks

The hot tub was super bubbly, it was the only downside of the whole stay.

The room looked like it wasn’t deep cleaned in awhile. The coffee pot has a thing layer of dust, when I stepped in the shower I slipped a little because the floor wasn’t cleaned good so was a little slimy. I’m guessing soap scum build up.
