Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels

Very very professional staff, caring friendly and always with a smile nothing was too much. From Nancy and her team too the reception staff and the manager. It was great seeing the service lift doors open and having a morning chat. Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Pool was excellent and always clean and tidy. Pool guys where always checking for that. We had a late check out as requested. Basketball 🏀 area well maintained and safe all areas had a key card scan .Pool side towels where provided. Areas around the reception including the computer area where quiet and sociable. Gym area was underused for me put some of my family used it. Again well maintained equipment. Rooms where big with more than enough amenities, fridge freezer cooker etc. Overall this was the perfect place for us and would definitely recommend for families and all.we will definitely come back again.Thank you too all the team regards The Broderick family

Everything was exceptional. I didn't know there was a little kitchen in our hotel and when we walked in i was super excited to see that! Came in handy for sure! Big fridge, dishwasher, stove, utensils, pots, pans.. I mean it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable 👌

The only thing I didnt care for was the continental breakfast one morning. We stayed for 3 nights and every morning we came down for breakfast.. well the last morning we were there, we headed down for breakfast and it was 920am. Breakfast is till 10am. They already had everything pulled and cleaned up, we were like what the heck.. I asked the front and they responded with "well there is just so much to clean up"... I was super disappointed in that answer.

Drain was plugged up. On the 3rd day a guy unplugged it, but the stopper didn't work and nobody ever came to fix it even after I reported it to the front desk.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

I wish vanity would have been a little longer for two people occupying the room to allow enough space to put their things. Coffee cups were not clean. It looked like someone coughed on the wall mirror & was not wiped clean. Walls are paper thin.

The bathroom being split from the toilet/shower was VERY nice. Have a microwave was nice as well.

The only complaint we had was the family above us had young children that must have been doing flips on the floor, but that was not anything that was on the hotel. And it was understandable!

front desk associates often asked us to come back and ask someone else because “they know more than me”. what kind of answer is that?

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and great air conditioning. The front staff was super courteous and welcoming!

Discrepancy in Booking.com quoted price and what Homewood Suites. Since Booking.com doesn't offer customer service #, I submitted two different queries via the app, neither of which have received a response. A call to Homewood Suites resulted in being told to pursue with Booking.com.

Breakfast was tasty. Food was warm, juice was a little watered down but that is the only sorta negative.

All was great. The only problem we had was I booked the room through Booking.com with one price and the hotel charged another. After talking with the receptionist the problem was handled and the charges corrected.

This was a great location with plenty of places you could walk to from the hotel. The hotel staff was always friendly and greeted us every time we entered the building. The hotel room itself was very clean no issues with anything being dirty.
