I would love to have breakfast before I leave to clinicals since my stay is mostly for study reasons. Breakfast is served around 630 am and I leave by 6:10am but when I do leave at a later time and I have breakfast is really good.

There is a staff member that never have rooms available I book online and there is several rooms available i just have to pay double. Since I travel several hours to study at Galen I get to the hotel exhausted. I spoke to Mr. Daniel and he, very kindly suggested to reserve ahead of time and that was so very helpful. I have nothing but good comments for Mr. Pereida and Garret.

It has free breakfast which I really enjoyed. It’s comfortable, it’s cozy, the pool wasn’t as cold as it was the last time we went which was a plus!

I did my booking thru booking.com, has some issues checking in due to my card. I had surgery on my foot and I was kept standing waiting for the receptionist and manager to figure it out.

It was clean

I left my pillow. On calling back I was told it had not been seen or turned in by cleaning staff. It was in an easy identifiable blue pillow case. How can this be? I locked room on way out. Forgot to return to retrieve. So somebody is not being straight. I sent mail to the location staff. As yet no response. Will you act on getting me resolution. Oh. All the coffee in room was decaf.

The location was great. Very easy access to medical center and great places to eat nearby. The staff was amazing! They were very accommodating and able to let us check in early to accommodate appointment. They were always friendly and gave smiles when when pressing by any staff of hotel.

The facility and the room were great. The breakfast area was very nice and the selections were good

The things I didn't like, were of no fault to this hotel. The other occupants were just noisy, crying babies and all.

Manager Daniel pereira has a horrible adittude. Reviews on Google on this hotel says it itself. My clothes went missing and he didn’t adress the issue.

I took my mom for a surgery and we really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was nice and room was really nice as well. Had no complaints at all, would definitely come back if needed. Great breakfast too! Good location as well!!

easy to get to. close to hospital and many other places. staff was super friendly and helpful. we were staying due to my dad being in the hospital for a motorcycle accident. they worked with us and were very nice. everything was very clean. breakfast was so good. great experience

The bed was not very comfortable. You could hear door slamming out in the hall. Limited food selections at breakfast.

The hotel was centrally located to everything and the personnel working their were extremely friendly.

The mattress in our room felt like we were sleeping on concrete with sheets on it. The room and bathroom were great, but that mattress was horrible.
