The breakfast was very slim and food not very good. Hotel staff fixed your plate were the same staff that did housekeeping. The coffee was not fresh and waffles were not available.

The manager and the way she spoke to desk staff. She was very loud and offensive. Even when I told her the staff member did nothing wrong she got louder and louder explaining that she was training the staff member. She was so rude I had to ask her to stop several times before she left the front desk and let the staff member continue to check me in.

Have stayed here before - and though the name has changed, it’s still pretty much the same. Staff checked me in, and was happy to attend to me, she was super polite and directed me to the breakfast area, while the paperwork was being sorted out. Breakfast was great! Love their selection, the staff get it for you, and that’s great; keeping in line with Covid-protocols. The hash and eggs are always sooo yummy!! Coffee and Tea’s available 24/7 at the lobby, and snacks are for sale too. Room was pretty comfy, high and soft beds, nice pillows and new sheets. Fridge and microwave were great, lots of storage room, big TV with lots of channels, bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and housekeeping were really helpful when I needed more soap, etc. Looking forward to coming back!! 😁

We were in town to take our 2 boys to Six Flags and were looking for something cheap that wasn’t a motel. Upon arrival Sam did a great job with checking us in and providing all the useful information we would need for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was friendly and solved our one issue immediately. Breakfast was tasty and consisted of French toast, eggs and sausage. They also had cereal available. We overslept our second night so I don’t know if the same thing was served the next day.Pool was decent and our boys enjoyed themselves on the day we got there. As I mentioned before we overslept the second night due to being so tired from spending the day at Six Flags and the super comfy beds. Nice artwork in the lobby and by the elevators were cute for photos. Overall this property served its purpose and I would stay there again whenever we come back to Six Flags.

AC was very loud but it did not interrupt our sleeping. Tub had visible dirt. The privacy door latch in our room did not work. TV had a thin line on it.Furniture was on the older side.

I like this hotel, I've stayed there more than once as it's a good location to visit where I need to go and a short drive to work etc. The hotel itself is always clean, fresh and I have found all the staff that work there very friendly... they will make conversation if you do but otherwise will also leave you to do your own thing no matter the time of day. You can get emergency drinks and snacks at reception 24/7 and pay by card - what one always needs in life. Staying here is comfortable for me and it's my go to spot when I come into town even though that's infrequent, every 5 months or so. They have a gym (although treadmill is currently broken), computer room, pool and outdoor seating area so there are things to do and you can pretty much get everything basic you would want there including the breakfast which is served every morning - I noticed they started putting it on earlier and I think this may be because a lot of workers stay here so I think that's very accommodating of them. Very good value for money as long as you're not staying in the school vacations. I've never had any issues or disturbances here and would stay again :)

Hard pillows, this is my biggest gripe with this hotel despite having stayed there twice, the pillows are way too hard!

the beds were extremely comfortable! most hotel mattresses aren’t the best & bother my back, but this mattress was great a lot better quality than most hotels

restroom and room were a bit small — but not too bad for what you pay & bed comfort & price makes up for it

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and server greeted everyone with a smile. Bed are very comfortable. Wonderful pictures of the San Antonio area scattered through the hotel.

it’s been remodeled so still not ready for occupancy. no phone in rooms, ac was replaced during our stay since the room was very hot and the ac unit making a loud noise.

Rooms are nice, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and served by hostess. Easy checking and staff pleasant. Room was cleaned daily instead of every two days. Coffee in the room and microwave and refrigerator. NO BUGS was a big plus!

Elevators where at opposite end from front desk and room was above front desk area. Bathtub had a dirty ring around it upon arrival although that seemed to be the only cleanliness issue. Several minor annoyances were, the microwave had a missing foot which caused it to rock back and forth and plate didn't seem to rotate evenly banging sides as it turned. TV had been unprogrammed making it difficult to locate working channels.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and served by staff. Bed and room quiet and comfortable. Refrigerator, and microwave wasvery useful.

Issues all minor... Bathtub needed better cleaning, scrubbed. TV channels were impossible to guess, could use a guide. Air conditioner had an issue, didn't cool during some cycles but held temperature because, temperature outside was fair. Doubt it would manage hot day. Lightbulb burned out in floor lamp. No issues reported to staff.

The check in and check out process was super efficient, quick and drama free. The bathroom was cleaner than I was anticipating and the bed was stocked full of nice comfortable pillows. I'm from out of town so I was completely unfamiliar with the area and was PRAYING that I didnt book anything sketchy. Thanks for providing a comfortable experience, I'll be sure to rebook if I ever find myself back in San Antonio!
