The lady at the front desk was very nice, the room was super clean, awesome coffee and it’s pet friendly, they give you a small treat bag for your dog. location and the staff is veryyy nice. I would stay there again

They charge a deposit to your card even if it’s a credit card, they give it back days after your Stay, they also charged me a 50 dollar pet fee. The pillows were super soft not in a good way so if you are picky as me bring a fan and your own pillows , the worst part was the breakfast it was pretty nasty. I grabbed some scrambled egg a sausage link and a boiled egg, gave my dog the sausage and the boiled egg and he refused to eat them, they tasted weird

Very nice Hampton Inn! Breakfast was as expected, good choices. And it was quiet, so I got a good night’s sleep.

The only “hiccup” was there was a large group of business people meeting at this location the night I was there. They were standing in lobby chatting after their meeting and blocking the walkways. It was hard to get around the lobby and reception area. (Reception/mgr. probably should have directed the large group to a conference room.)

We were in San Antonio for a hockey tournament and it was a walk to the rink. I’ve stayed in Hampton Inns before and they’ve all been “fine” but this one was made outstanding by the staff. Housekeeping and the front desk went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met - including some random requests like “we just adopted a kitten while on this trip” and need a vet and cat supplies.

The breakfast was not very good but there was a Starbucks and a delicious French bakery nearby so so just went there instead.

Good location and proximity to the interstate.

Was upset they manually placed a charge on my credit card after checking out. Repeated attempts over a period of three weeks got no results. Placi g a claim against the facility with the credit card company FINALLY got results. The property manager failed miserably to respond to at least six attempts to resolve the issue.

It was exceptionally clean. The rooms, corridors, common areas and breakfast areas were spotless, down to the corners and every nook and cranny, which is surprising, since it is not a new building. The staff were efficient and very courteous.

The mattress was really hard. we are used to memory foam or pillow-top types. The air conditioner was quite loud and we heard a lot of traffic noise from the freeway, so maybe next time we will ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The check in process was smooth and quick. JT was very accommodating and friendly at the front desk.

Not all the electronic access doors were working to regain entry so it left very few parking spots near the working doors. The pet area on the side near the bank - trash was piled high with real trash and no doggie bags anywhere,which made it appear noone ever maintains that area.

Welcoming atmosphere. Great location, quiet, ample parking, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast with later hours.

Price was higher than most in the area. Rooms were dated with old furniture and fixtures, No refrigerator, small tv for the size of the room.

I really liked how clean our room was, the only exception was housekeeping not taking a jacket out of the closet a previous tenant had left. the rest of the room was very clean though and room did NOT h we musty smell like some hotels usually do.

the exit was right onto the highway so it was a little stressful

Breakfast was a little better than most hotels. The location was convenient to get to and there were eating and shopping facilities nearby. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
