My Bed Was Very Comfortable, My Room Was Clean. The CSR that greeted us upon our arrival was amazing. I definitely would come back just because of her. I loved having fresh breakfast as an option however the cook really needs to learn how to cook omlettes without overcooking them. The waitress was AMAZING.

Hotel interior very dated and really could use a refresh. The interior of the rooms and restrooms could use some TLC. The wall sockets and the USB Plugs are pretty loose and worn out, kind of hard to keep devices plugged in.

Not typical hilton....bathroom ceiling needed repairs and paint was peeling badly.....basically looked like a high turn over motel room. My room was 233 Breakfast bar was very confusing....between continental and served breakfast.....should be included in the value.....much cheaper hotels have continental breakfast included.....your property did not even have sign explaining the process

The Hilton Garden Inn is a very clean kept hotel with a very friendly staff. Tiffany when the extra mile to assist with changing rooms due to a small defect in the Spa Tub room. Tiffany quickly helped me move to the room directly below my room. I was very appreciative of her quick actions and the mornings hot plate breakfast made to order was fabulous. 🤗❤️ Tiffany should be recognized for her kind smooth way she checked me in without appearing to have not clocked in as she took me to her desk and stopped the wait. That’s someone who takes actions to provide great customer service. ❤️🤗

The location was great! I didn't sample the breakfast. The coffee was tasty but I wish it was a bit warmer.

The employee who checked us in never smiled. She only looked at us once and didn't make any reply about enjoying our stay. She was very cold and uninviting 😪

how the building looked built around the pool area. dining area was attractive. lots of open area sitting available in the large lobby.

our dinner tray was left in the hallway for over a day. no water available at all times in the lobby (infused container in lobby), it was there for a few short hours after we arrived the first day and then never saw it again.

Front desk staff was awesome and answered any and all questions. I reported some damage to my room when we arrived and they were very helpful in reminding me that it wouldn’t affect my stay. They had water available at all times which was a plus in this Texas heat. Indoor swimming pool was very convenient.

The turn /driveway into the hotel is very small. We got used to it.

Couldn't think of anything negative other than typical Garden Inn failure to provide a free breakfast. Although staff had breakfast was wonderful and food was good!

Location is great,many things to do around the area and staff is very professional.

The first room smelled really bad, like wet dog, however the staff change our room. We stay for two nights and they never came to clean the room or at least change our towels .

The hotel clean. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

The spa tub looked bigger in the picture. The ice machine on my floor was broken. On Booking.com breakfast was shown to be $11.95 per person.

The pillows, bed and bedding were so comfortable! Curtains kept out the sunlight, AC worked great, had the spa rub which was amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. would definitely stay again!
