Extended Stay America Suites - San Antonio - Airport

The room was clean and in good condition. I was worried because of some reviews but I was very surprised to find a nice clean room with a lot of space. Our room was next to the office so it was a bit loud with the office door closing. I would choose this hotel again.

The breakfast was very basic. Just to go prepackaged foods.

Carpet was soaking wet in the first room. They quickly moved us to another room and it was fine. AC worked great. Full size fridge and sink was a nice plus. Room was a bit small but still comfortable. Bed was comfortable with good pillows.

Its very comfortable and feels like a home the employees are great here ive never had a bad experience with any of them very helpful nice willing to help you in any way they can its great im very happy i found this place ive been here for a couple months now its awesome plus u can have ur pets ad well thats a huge plus to me and its kept clean the property us well taken care of thanks extended stay America

I dont have anything i dont like here honestly

The room was clean and perfect for my needs. The bed was more comfortable than a lot of other hotels I’ve stayed in and didn't leave my skeleton a wreck after sleeping on it for four nights. Having a full sized fridge with a freezer was nice even if I only used the fridge for a few leftovers and drinks and the freezer for an ice pack I brought with me.

The bathtub in my room collected water under the tub which made for a waterbed-like effect while showering. Really a minor issue, but still a little disconcerting. One wrong step and I felt like I was going to fall over. That's a really minor thing to the overall room though.

Staff provided a comfortable stay, wifi was great, room was clean, a good location, Ac is good, kitchen was good, a refrigerator with plenty of space, and a nice table. Overall it was comfortable and convenient.

Can't really say anything negative about the stay but I guess the only "semi-bad" thing I would say is not having very comfortable pillows.

accommodating for our service dog, economical for the room. Great having non-carpeted floors for the animals. Grab n Go breakfast was very limited. Coffee was good… could have served it longer into the morning though.

Its clean ,they except pets the grounds stay clean its a nice motel

Theres nothing i can say i didnt like about the motel not sure if they have vending machines there or not but i would change that if there isnt any on property but thats it

The coffee was very good. There was plenty of items for a light breakfast. Hot chocolate was also included.

I'm fine with all of it. I have no complaints. It was very nice.

There was little cockroach in the bathroom and no breakfast, only muffins and coffee available

It was quiet and clean. All the staff members we so kind. We had 3 rooms and were all together, we didn't even have to ask. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing everything was great. Ciuld use an ice machine, but there are close by.
