this is the only place that we stay at no matter where we visit the rooms are always clean and the food is always hot a fresh the people that work here is always nice including housekeeping I would give 10 stars if I could

Everything the food the room the staff everything is always on top-notch

The staff was most excellent and accommodating. The fresh breakfast and changing nightly dinner menu was unique and a welcome change from other hotels I have stayed at. Tired and don't feel like going out? Just head to the lobby area and you can eat your fill. The biscuits and gravy are southern style and will definitely fill you up. We checked in very late (2:00 AM) after a 16 hour drive and were in the room and relaxing within 5 minutes. A welcome respite after a very long time on the road.

This has NOTHING to do with the hotel: The construction taking place on the frontage roads along I-10 are a major PITA. There are ways to get to the hotel the back way but you'll need to play with your GPS to nudge it to take you that way.

Perfect gathering space as we had family from all over. Very accommodating for my super early check-in and got a room ready for me right away with the additional fee.

We had a late check out arranged, and when we got back to the hotel with one hour to spare, our room key did not work. Front Desk gave us a single room access, but was very short and rude about it. Maybe that was a singular incident, because otherwise, the visit was fantastic. Breakfast options were literally the same thing every single day so for the last couple of days, we ate elsewhere.

Location, convenience to everything, all of the staff were great, good parking, coffee was great, the small store, the food, dining area, popcorn all good! The room keys worked great, peace and quiet, the over all room was clean, soft bed, the temp was easy to control, nice window view, good TV channels, affordable...

When we arrived and settle down in the room I saw a roach climbing up the TV stand. I killed it and did not see anymore. However, I slept with the light on just in case there were more but there were not anymore. This was the only thing we did not like.

I mostly loved the staff!! we were there to bury our mother, we didn’t tell the staff that’s why I know they’re this helpful and kind to everyone. The hotel is clean, updated and has a workout room and that is important to me. Bonus , great breakfast and happy hour too:))

The only negative thing I can say is that the fitness room was too hot! I had to finish my workout before I wanted to because the heat was making feel like I could pass out.

Staff was always kind, helpful, and quick to be of service. we loved the beds, super 100% comfy and totally didn’t want to leave! the nightly dinners and drinks along with the super breakfast everyday made the trip more than memorable. having an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center could only have been better with more hours available. pet friendly. the suite separation allowed me to work from the room without disturbing my roomie.

I like everything about it especially the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate me on any needs I had down to a small tube of toothpaste. They had an excellent selection of snacks and various other items even pizzas. I was very impressed with it and we'll stay at Drury Inn again

There is nothing that I disliked about this hotel it was awesome in every way possible especially the main cook named Linda in the dining room for breakfast. She even made handicapped people their waffles because they couldn't get up to the waffle machine in their wheelchairs but she made their waffles and served them to the table she is an awesome employee.

The location was perfect because I had to be at the hospital at 5 AM the next day. Staff at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was nice and clean the dinner on Thursday night was enjoyable and unfortunately I didn’t get to have breakfast but I’m sure it was great. My only complaint wasn’t at all for the hotel it was for ordering a taxi to pick me up at 4:45 the next morning that I booked the night before and at almost 5 o’clock when I called they said oh we’re just all looking for a driver so anyway , I was late for my surgery but the durian stuff works to try to get me some other form of transportation over there. The yellow cab/trip company was my only complaint next time I’ll figure arrived, out how to download the Uber app and do it that way. When Taxi finally

Two huge pickup trucks were blocking the drive & not when a taxi finally showed up, Taxi driver could not drive up to pick me up.

I liked the 4 story atrium. Breakfast had good variety. Coffee (regular & decaf) was available 24 hours.

It was not clear that I needed to schedule room cleanings/fresh towels/etc. That should have been emphasized at check in. The staff needs a better way to "see" someone is at the front desk and then hustle up there.

Amenities were extraordinary, and the check-in clerk was very diligent about letting us know what was available. They were pet-friendly, and very chill about the pets on premises. The location was perfect for me. My free dinner was delicious.

Booked through a third-party site, and the amount of the pet fee was not disclosed. When I sent them an email asking for the amount, I got a very generic responsive email which did not answer the question, and which told me they would address any questions on site. Duh!
