Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak

The location was convenient for us. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the AC worked perfectly, the pool area was nice, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Chris was very professional and friendly as he welcomed us and would talk to us throughout the weekend, which was very nice. Hilda was an amazing bartender and so friendly to my husband, son, and I (she even made my son a Shirley Temple, which he loved). And when we got to our room, Alma had made sure the room was clean, stocked up with all the toiletries we needed, and might I add had made our bed so perfect that there wasn't a single wrinkle on it (which I was really impressed with).

The breakfast was served buffet-style, and the food choices were pretty good most days. The staff working in the food service are were friendly and diligent. They kept fresh hot food and coffee from running out.

The hair conditioner dispenser in the shower was terrible. It might function better with a different formula of conditioner that would flow more easily into the pump. But as it was, it was virtually useless. On the last day of our stay the elevators failed, and since our room was on the 9th floor, walking up and down a couple of times was a bit of a chore. Elevator failures are pretty uncommon, so I wouldn't let that influence my decision to stay at this hotel again.

It's a great hotel! Room was very clean (Double queen suite with sofabed), the bathroom was very clean as well, all the facilities were in a good condition, well maintained, the garage parking is very useful, the food is awesome: The breakfast had just about everything you could want (fruit, coffee, eggs, sausages, biscuits, bagels, bread, muffins, juice, etc.). The kickback time (17:30 - 19:00) included up to 3 cocktails per person (controlled by a 'drink card'), a very nice dinner, including not only hot dogs and sodas, but also soup, entrees and sides. It's a great value too. I would definitely stay there again.

They need to clean behind and under the furniture in the rooms, some (very dirty I might add) guests left trash in some hidden places, and we found it when looking for an earring. Maybe they could carry out extensive cleaning of the rooms like, quarterly, or something like that. Otherwise, the hotel looks great, feels great, and is located in a good area.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. My family and I stayed on the 9th floor and I loved that we never had to wait very long for elevators.

My husband was traveling behind me with his truck and a flatbed trailer. I asked the front desk where the best place was to park it and they couldn’t give me an answer or even a suggestion. We ended up have to park it on the other side of the city near some people we knew and I had to go pick him up. If I would have known that was the case I would have just booked a hotel over there.

Stayed one night in a king spa bathtub room and the shower had someone’s hair on the floor that obviously wasn’t ours, my hair is purple and my partners is red and the climb of hair was brown. Really gross, made me question how good they cleaned everything else. On top of that, the spa Tub wasn’t the cleanest either.

Like? You mean love? I loved the friendly and helpful staff. Every staff person I came in contact with, for one reason or another, was exceptional. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about each and every one of them.

I have no dislikes with my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. This establishment was one of the best in which I've ever stayed!

I love the fact that they offer dinner with drinks as well as the breakfast that they commonly known for. They have a fitness area, guest laundry facilities, pool and outdoor hot tub. But my room has to have the jacuzzi spa tub. And the room itself is spacious and comfortable.

My stay was awesome, as usual, until the TV lost signal. I had no television for about 10 hours. It was during the overnight hours which may not bother most people, but I work over night so that is my normal awake time and it was quite frustrating mm

the property had plenty of free parking, multiple elevator access, delicious breakfast, dinner, and alcoholic drinks (even though we didn’t drink). they provide 3 complimentary drinks.

The only had one issue. the microwave did not spin while heating so it was burning the food we were trying to warm up and spoiled the milk we were trying to warm up. because the spinner didn’t work, it only heated one side of the microwave which caused the food and milk to go bad. thank you!

We stayed in the king suite with a jacuzzi and there was enough space for my family of four. My two sons slept on the pull out couch with no complaints and my husband and I thought the bed was fine. I did not eat the breakfast but my family did and they were pleasantly surprised at how great the options were. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

The rooms could use some upgrading, especially the TVs. The quality of the picture on the tv was fuzzy and the remote didn't have a button for the guide. Both days we were there the cleaning lady entered our room without our permission and scared our boys. I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but maybe knock next time before entering.

Room was clean like always. Front desk was helpful.

The 9th floor smelled like marijuana as soon as you got off the elevator. I asked for help with our toilet but only had a plunger dropped off a the door, noticed it once I was leaving to check out. I was supposed to get a handicap room but didn't get it due to "it wasn't ready". So i settled for a regular room 912 on the 9th floor, because I was going to be late for church service.
