The location was convenient for us. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the AC worked perfectly, the pool area was nice, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Chris was very professional and friendly as he welcomed us and would talk to us throughout the weekend, which was very nice. Hilda was an amazing bartender and so friendly to my husband, son, and I (she even made my son a Shirley Temple, which he loved). And when we got to our room, Alma had made sure the room was clean, stocked up with all the toiletries we needed, and might I add had made our bed so perfect that there wasn't a single wrinkle on it (which I was really impressed with).

It's a great hotel! Room was very clean (Double queen suite with sofabed), the bathroom was very clean as well, all the facilities were in a good condition, well maintained, the garage parking is very useful, the food is awesome: The breakfast had just about everything you could want (fruit, coffee, eggs, sausages, biscuits, bagels, bread, muffins, juice, etc.). The kickback time (17:30 - 19:00) included up to 3 cocktails per person (controlled by a 'drink card'), a very nice dinner, including not only hot dogs and sodas, but also soup, entrees and sides. It's a great value too. I would definitely stay there again.

They need to clean behind and under the furniture in the rooms, some (very dirty I might add) guests left trash in some hidden places, and we found it when looking for an earring. Maybe they could carry out extensive cleaning of the rooms like, quarterly, or something like that. Otherwise, the hotel looks great, feels great, and is located in a good area.

I really liked the pool, breakfast, dinner + drinks, popcorn, the staff were nice, the parking was great.

The morning staff forgot to let evening staff know that I was supposed to check in late. But the manager was really nice and fixed the problem of accidently canceling my reservation.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. My family and I stayed on the 9th floor and I loved that we never had to wait very long for elevators.

My husband was traveling behind me with his truck and a flatbed trailer. I asked the front desk where the best place was to park it and they couldn’t give me an answer or even a suggestion. We ended up have to park it on the other side of the city near some people we knew and I had to go pick him up. If I would have known that was the case I would have just booked a hotel over there.

Stayed one night in a king spa bathtub room and the shower had someone’s hair on the floor that obviously wasn’t ours, my hair is purple and my partners is red and the climb of hair was brown. Really gross, made me question how good they cleaned everything else. On top of that, the spa Tub wasn’t the cleanest either.

Like? You mean love? I loved the friendly and helpful staff. Every staff person I came in contact with, for one reason or another, was exceptional. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about each and every one of them.

I have no dislikes with my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. This establishment was one of the best in which I've ever stayed!

Excellent location with spacious rooms and nice decor. The staff was wonderful….polite, friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the rooftop heated pool and spa and the “kick-off” light dinner with drinks.

The breakfast was adequate but a few more choices would have been nice….tacos? omelets? more fresh fruit? But overall, it was good to start your day with.

We have stayed at this location before and the property is spacious, welcoming and clean; however, we noticed this time several people accompanied by their pets around the dining area. If these are pets intended to provide some help to their owners we have no problem with that.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. They have secure garage parking for free! Full delicious breakfast and a dinner meal both free! Yes we paid a little more for the hotel but with the parking and food it comes out even.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The Drury Plaza is our hotel of choice from now on!

Courteous & friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Considering that a lot of the guests were on spring break or attending the high school basketball state basketball tournament, the hotel was very clean. I always enjoy the breakfast & social hour!!

Not any fault of the hotel staff, but during the social hour, I witness unsupervised kids playing & putting their hands in the popcorn!!!
