Wow it was so much better compared to my visit in 2019 as well as 2021. The housekeepers work really hard to keep this place clean. The hallway on the first floor is well lit now. Everyone must try the restaurant downstairs, the food there is amazing and made to order.

The beds could be more plush for more comfort, the older LCD televisions (VIZIO) need updating. I had two rooms this stay, one room had the older TV and one had a much newer and bigger TV. Same with the refrigerators. One was mini and one was twice the size. I know this is just small things but it means alot to your guests.

big comfy room right on the beach! Large exterior patio area for ground floor rooms. Purchase wine/beer from the gift shop after hours (pay at the front desk). Excellent starbucks coffee shop right in the lobby. Free parking - really easy to access.

the general breakfast really wasn't very good, though we were pretty late - could have just been old. Didn't want to risk getting sick so passed on the custom taco/omelette station as well. Though the free breakfast coffee also wasn't very good, having a Starbucks right in the lobby saved the day at least! Our room was on the ground floor of the main hallway -- very busy and loud (sound echos everywhere).

Lobby and rooms were upgraded since the last time I came. They looked fantastic.

My door in the room didn't want to close properly, and you bad to budge it to get it closed. Bed was a bit stiff as well

The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Ocean view room was well worth upgrading. Parking was convenient. Prices at the restaurant bar were reasonable. Checkout eas quick and easy. Bed comfy.

We couldn't get the TV to work. Weird remote. Stuck on guide channel. Then stuck on sports channel. Wouldn't turn off and on. It was late when we noticed it so we didn't call maintenance. It was a bigger than the average hotel tv so kudos on that.

Did experience small roaches in bathroom; we got some raid and continued our enjoyment. I would encourage hotel to have bug spray on hand and available or ensure room are sprayed between each check out/in!

beach access is great and was not crowded.

make sure you asked to not be put on the 3rd floor under the breakfast room. it’s awful and you will be woken up every morning by the loudest running footsteps above you. very unpleasant when trying to relax

The breakfast was very good and well organized! Property is very close to the beach. The maintenance was very responsive to a couple of minor fixes and very professional

Pool is too small. Should expand that area if possible

The breakfast was a very nice spread, enjoyed it thoroughly. Rooms are large and standard, hotel comfort, bedding. Stunning morning view!

It's an older building. Lots of work was done to really improve the overall experience but it's still a dated design. The rooms offer no privacy as far as sound goes. It travels, in and out. The rental prices of beach lounge chairs are a bit high. The bar was a bit high as well but the friendly bar staff made up for it.

I have trouble walking and it was the shortest distance to get to the beach. I loved that. it helped me so much. I have stayed at many other beach front hotels and this was by far the shortest walk⭐️ the breakfast was great! the staff was great and helpful. the hotel had a Starbucks!! great price.

the swimming pool was murky and not clean. you could not see through it and the hot tub had foamy thick stuff in it and smelled like rotten eggs. the beds were very hard. and the pool needs to be kept up(falling tiles, rough concrete corners and bottom)
