Would rate the breakfast as top of the list. Stayed there for three nights, every morning breakfast was made good by the friendly atmosphere created by Luis at the breakfast area.. Luis gave us many tips for in and around the island what to do and where to go , how to budget the expenses. . These tips were not only awesome but also which made us to save time. Family enjoyed the time and utilized better. Thanks Luis , you made our stay at Ramda , Amazing.

Room service for cleaning.

It had breakfast 😋 before you hit the beach ⛱️ and it was close to all everything. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable after a good tan fishing and cold sheets 😌 👌 and A/C .will stay again.

Tv remote... was Funaki. It's hard to change to channels, not a big deal

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and it had easy access to the beach. There is a park next door for kids of all ages.

The location of this place is great. The rooms were clean. I got a handicap accessible room. It was a little tight for a wheelchair to maneuver, but we were able to make it work. The bathroom was helpful with a roll in shower and shower chair. The breakfast was better than I expected. They had an assortment of pastries, biscuits with gravy, and waffles made to order. The breakfast room attendant named Luis was excellent. He was very attentive and made us feel welcome. The pool area has a swimming pool, a wading pool, and a hot tub. There is a playground and skatepark right next door with a basketball court. In the back of the parking lot is a shower to rinse sand off before getting back to your room. My family will definitely be staying here again. In all the years we have been coming, they all agreed this has been their favorite place to stay. We range from 1 year old to 67 years old.

The parking lot has little potholes in it, making it a bit tricky to push a wheelchair.

The beds were incredible

The old gentleman was rude, and instead of apologizing for not being able to answer the phone. He was rude and making excuses. I get it, you get busy but your hotel depends on us, the customers. I went to go ask for more towels and told them they shouldn't charge me for towels that I don't have, and was rude and murmuring words to his other staff members about what I had just told him. It wasn't my fault that their was a sign in my room saying I would be charged for towels missing. They should just take off the sign. Instead of giving people attitudes for letting staff know. No matter how much you hate your job. Act like you like it. If the front office is not your thing, then find a new job to your liking that you will enjoy.

The staff was incredible! Very welcoming and polite. The private beach acres, outdoor shower, pet friendly with a park next door (playground, basketball court, small walking path) was great.

The beds were pretty stiff, the furniture was dated- but it met all of our needs. Keep in mind, loud music, kids will be running around wild. If that bothers you, then this place will not be for you. Also, people tend to claim the pool as theirs lol! There was a HUGE family that took over the whole space and hung out all day… the grandma gave me dirty looks when we tried to get in the hot tub like we were invading their space- luckily we just ignored her.

Beds were great.... room 200 one king two full. 2 bedroom .. was good size maybe for people staying more than one night ...Also the beach was great ..awesome....good waves..people rent chairs umbrella there ....awesome location ...gets alot of traffic because of Gravity park but close to hotel ...alot of ocean outside bars and food trucks ...go early for parking ....

Sink had slim on drain ...curtains in king room were backwards . Room lock handles didn't work in rooms ...creamer was terrible...gross ...and the pools were full of children ....and they charged a reservation fee ...

For the price and location, it was great! One thing we loved was that it had a pool, and because of how close it was to the beach, we were able to get to fit both activities in one day.

We didn’t really like the people staying there, there was a lot of smokers and for my husband with asthma and me as a pregnant lady, we did not appreciate that. Another thing was the tv, horrible channels and not a great shower.

That I could walk to beach. Palm trees. Dog friendly.

People drinking at pool and outside. People cooking on grill outside by cars had loud music on. Gave me a room by pool kids screaming and hitting my door all the time making my dog bark . My door kept jamming and at one time it wouldn't lock making me unsure if my stuff in room would be safe.
