Location is great if you're looking for nightlife and not sand and water. Staff was great, all around.

On the surface it all looks great but looking a little closer it disappoints. Nothing that some updates would not fix but not quite what you expect from the pictures.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and came away from our stay gushing about how wonderful it was! As soon as we walked into the room our jaws dropped at how beautiful everything was! The staff is very personable and the room was absolutely amazing!! Everything is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be staying at this hotel again! And it's a bonus that it's right across the street from a beach access.

The Wi-Fi didn't work quite as well as we would have hoped but that was the only problem we had.

The staff was great, location great and our stay we very much enjoyed.

It could have been cleaner the shower curtains and bathroom roof had mold.

Rooms are large and adequate for our needs. The balconies are a great feature. Pet Friendly and parking is plenty. Staff is very friendly. Walking distance to great restaurants with live entertainment. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast which is a plus.

The rooms along with bedding are outdated and some pillows still had make up stains. The hotel overall needs to be updated the decor is from the 90s and worn. The breakfast they offer is only available for 2 hours which if you are up earlier, you have to either wait or go and forage for some food.

I liked that it was a very quite hotel and that nobody bothered you !! The pool was very very nice !!! The beds and blankets were sooo soft and I had no trouble sleeping in them !!!!

that the parking is all on the side and if you get the left side of the hotel room your view is literally a wall !! we payed extra for a balcony and I think it should be cheeper because there is NO view !!!! so make sure you get the back of the right side of the hotel room !! The hotel needs an upgrade it’s kinda old fashion but you do pay for what you get !

Staff was friendly and polite. The lady at check in was very helpful cause they didn't fully listen to the notes when we made the reservations 1.5months ago. She adjusted and made it happen. Thank you again for that.

They did NOT clean the room daily cause we had a pet. They would automatically skip it. I would have to bring them my towels and trash as they took care of the other rooms. Also i had to borrow a vacuum to clean up a bit due to the sand from the beach. The staff was friendly but they could have knocked and at least checked up on us in that matter. Having to get more towels and TP from front desk

The staff were friendly and professional. We watched part of a football game in the lounge with other guests, and someone from the staff came around with homemade goodies to share. They were so warm and welcoming, it was just such a pleasure to be there.

Again, this hotel has it all - it just needs a little updating. Our shower was a bit anemic and if there was a lightswitch for the overhead light and fan over the bed, we couldn't find it. But that's minor. It was clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast was awesome. Great warm and cold entrees. The serving area was cheery and comfortable. Good coffee.

Nothing really. We love the location because we like the bayside of the island. It is walkable distance to many beach bars and excellent restaurants. Parking lot and areas are great and easy to get in and out. Staff.

Breakfast excellent. Location, I knew in advance it was not on the beach. Staff was super kind and helpful.

Carpets. The image on the site showed a room without carpets and I have a lot of allergies and they told me there were no rooms without them. The room in general had a smell of humidity that I didn’t like. But that is because there shouldn’t be carpets in the rooms.

The location was perfect. When we visit SPI we usually spend our evenings at longboards which is next door. We get to enjoy a few adult beverages & not have to worry about getting an Uber after to get back to the hotel. We just cross the street 😁

Just needing a little update. Like maybe removing carpets and putting tile on the floors to give it a little more of an update look.
