I absolutely loved loved my stay at this condo!! The place was clean and very well kept. The bedding was very clean and comfy. Had everything i needed, from my morning coffee to my night cap!! I will definitely love to come back and relax at this exceptional home away from home.

The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. The jacuzzi was AMAZING!! The location is perfect!!! Literally 6min walk to the beach front. My children loved the pool especially towards the evening when the lights came on.

Location is perfect. Pool was great. Reception informed me of fireworks going on that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise so I appreciated that! The condo was very clean and check in and out was easy and quick.

There was no baking sheet and very few pots/pans/utensils, and I chose a home so I could save some money eating out. Dishwasher detergent and dish soap were provided but there was no laundry detergent to wash clothes. Master shower head was crooked and caused water to spill out the side and the sliding doors were broken.

I liked all the extras in the condo. Plates, bowls, cooking ware, Tupperware, towels, shampoo, soap, etc.

Could of used extra blankets.

Great place for families with young children. My kids made Friends there

The access gate on Pike st was difficult to unlock. We had to have our 10 year old jump over and open from inside

The location is great for beach access. Jake was fantastic. When we arrived we notice a few things that needed attention. We let him know and within two hours he was there taking care of it. We enjoyed the use of the beach cart- that was a plus with kids. We had a great time and plan on booking our next trip to SPI through Vacasa.

The tv in the front bedroom didn’t work. They had to put in a work order through the cable company- not Vacasa’s fault. Just a heads up bring your own water to drink. The water in SPI has a dirt taste to it. We thought it was at the condo but found out later that it is just the islands water. Bring bug spray. The mosquitoes are bad. The city sprays so I can’t imagine how bad it must be without them doing that. Also, be careful where you park. It seems like there is an issues with parking everywhere. Our car was towed because we got confused about parking at JAWS and accidentally parked in the hotel parking lot next to it. We had to get a taxi and go over to Port Isabel to pick it up. Expensive mistake.

The amenities were decent and the location as well.

I never received the wifi password. The 3 TVs had no cable, just a DVD player. One bathroom had a stench coming from an unsealed toilet.

Close to the beach and entertainment district. Quite and family friendly.

The bathrooms needed a bit more cleaning. There was no dust pan to pick up trash. Also needed more trash bags.

We enjoyed our whole trip. The hidden master bathroom was a gem. Washer and dryer was a selling point for a family. Zero noise from the outside was a bonus.

Wish the master had better blinds for privacy. They had a few broken pieces. Sliding doors with inlaid blinds would make that room a dream come true.
