loved the location of the property. property was very clean and room was great.

The only thing I did not like was the front desk lady. arrived around 1:30pm. Went to the front desk to see if I could check in earlier. The front desk lady was pretty rude to me. I am not sure if that’s how they train their staff to be. She would respond to me very rude and sarcastically. Even my gf was like “The lady was pretty rude with her response to your questions”. Wish she would’ve made us feel welcomed to be there. The gentleman that was there in the afternoon was very respectful though and knew how to greet his guest with respect. To that man, thank you for making us feel welcomed unlike that lady in the morning.

Reviews on booking.com were great and then I found some google reviews that really upset me. Booking.com rep called the hotel to address my concerns and I was told everything would be fine. The reviews I read stated the hotel was infested with roaches and bed bugs and the buildng was filthy. I cannot speak for other guest and their rooms, but my room was clean and very spacious. I stayed Wed-Sun and for the record on Thursday morning I did see a single roach in the bathroom shower. Never saw another one after that. There were people making repairs in the hotel while I was there. Seems they are trying to improve the appearance. The hotel is massive. Use to be a small mall. The front desk was helpful and I was able to get the phone number of a great taxi service. There is a Denny's restaurant on the left side of Suites at Sunchase and a McDonalds on the right side a few doors down. Location is ideal and the bus tops right outside of Denny's. Buses are FREE. SO with all that out the way. The bed was super comfy and the suite was everything I hoped for.

The room was huge with a fridge and small kitchenette. Air con worked, and everything was as it should be. Parking wasn't a problem.

We never had any room clean or new towels in 6 days/ 5 nights. I was told by the cleaner to go to reception to get my own towels as she hadnt got any when I asked if she would clean our room, and we didn't have a door sign to say we wanted a clean but I would have assumed in the time we were there someone would have.

Covered parking, rooms are huge, air conditioner works great!

Room was very nice clean and spacious, very comfortable, really appreciated the kitchenette and the a/c worked very well! It’s in a good location, you don’t see the beach but you do still get good a nice view of the bay and the bridge, location is great!! Very close to everything walking distance to a lot of food options and also walkable to the beach or if driving it’s a very quick drive!

Could use some updating in common areas

The Managers...Especially Bobby was extremely accommodating, patient, understanding, flexible with efficient management and follow up to resolve any issues with my stay. The staff and cleaning crew was on point, courteous, tentative and responded with a sense of urgency. And management was willing to work with the other hotel I was double booked for the same night to accommodate the duplicate charges to my credit card. But the other property would not work with us to resolve it.

It would have been nice to have breakfast meals provided. And better towels...some of my towels had hair intertwined in the material, very rough low quality. Maybe laudry process can use some attention. Also Pool could be less green looking maybe up the chlorine or something or better cleaning process can improve the appearance. Other than that everything was perfectly fine

Good place simple but you pay for what you get. I'm not saying it in a bad way, but we have stayed there multiple times every time its good, and clean. I have no complains what so ever

I kept having to go to the front desk every day because my key wasn't working for the 3 days we stayed.

Front desk was on phone a lot when we asked for stuff . We went down a few times to get towels and we waited for a good while for her to answer us I believe she was placing an order of some type Each time we went to front desk so we just stopped asking for stuff since we felt ignored Rooms were clean housekeepers were awesome pools were clean

The room was plenty large, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the room was also really nice (looking at the ocean). The hotel was clean, service was excellent, and there was free coffee at the lobby. The location is great, right there at Padre Blvd, and with I was very pleased with my stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Parking on the second floor is very convenient. The location of the hotel is very good. Quick check in and check out

The sofa bed had a very uncomfortable mattress. The smell when entering the room and the bathroom was very strong of chlorine. There were very noticeable stains on the carpet and on the elevator mat.
