The room was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was only good when certain workers cooked. The staff the black man that works over night, hate I don't know his name however he was wonderful. The morning clerk Indiana lady is beyond rude and unfriendly. She probably shouldn't do customer service because she lacks it.

Parking was terrible. Every night i had to drive around until someone moved or park in front of the hotel. Only because the hotel share parking with texas road house and it was kinda frustrating but overall the hotel was nice

The lady at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and accommodating.

The cleaning crew in the morning staged their duties right outside our door, woke us up with all their very loud talking and carrying on for what seemed to be an hour or more.

Super friendly staff made you feel very at home. Great breakfast, clean, well lit parking lot. Nice pool and exercise room. What else could you ask for?

Love this location, I will be working from here for a while so I am grateful for the great breakfast quiet location and amenities.

Not as walkable as I would like, but that contributes to the safety so that is fine.

The comforter was too thin. Once you factor in ac it gets cold.

Big room and bathroom, very comfortable beds, wifi works excellent. Remember to bring your swimsuit - there is a nice swimming pool. This place was good for us - close to The Colony and Plano. Thank you for hosting.

I wish the hot tub was still there. I assume there was one at some point, there was a dial for the heat.

The staff was nice and funny. We even joked about me deserving my room compted free. Being that I unknowingly gave the property owners a jump, due to their car battery died in their Lexus out front. UT wouldn't have been necessary, but I wouldn't have turned it down. The location was quite nice and quiet. I'd stay again.

The front desk staff was rude and wasn't understanding. He wanted to automatically cancel my reservation instead of asking for another payment. claiming that was they policy "if a card doesn't work or decline, that's a automatic cancel". I been booking hotels for a min and tried to get him to understand that. But overall I enjoyed the stay and all the attractions.
