Comfort inn, 2-night stay Room is clean, AC is robust (high temp of 104-108). Refrigerator works well, Microwave does its duty. Little coffee brewer provides a hot cuppa Joe in a jiffy. Bed is firm with a pillow like top layer. Lighting options are adequate. 110v and USB outlets are located at a desk (generously sized work area) plus both sides of the bed’s head post. WiFi is free and everywhere on campus. The bathroom is a tub and shower combo (watch your step) and sink-vanity are spacious and in good repair. Breakfast is posted as 0600-0900. Standard egg and sausage, waffles, cereal, juices, toast, plus a lot more snack items. Certainly, enough food to launch your day. Nothing amiss about the facilities or the amenities. Staff are super helpful. As a personal aside; when traveling, I miss telling my ‘smart speaker’ to turn on/off lights... . =Peace=

No deficiencies for a facility of this class.

My sons and their friends went to celebrate my son's birthday. They said the pool was extremely small. I showed them a pic of the pool from your website, and they said that wasn't the pool at the hotel. Wondering if you had another they didn't see? If not, I would suggest taking down that pic. Quite a disappointment.

We stayed two nights here. the breakfast was pretty good. There was a good variety to choose from. The room and hotel were clean. The hot tub in our room was great, plenty of hot water to fill it. I loved how we were able to climb in and relax while watching a movie. The bed was comfortable as well. The location was spot on with the plans we had in The Woodlands with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The only thing that was a little off was that the gentleman who checked us in was a little short with us. He wasn't welcoming at all. The good thing was that we had no issues so we didn't have to converse with him again.

The staff was great. The room was nice.

Minor thing: The lighting in the room used those cold, really harsh LED bulbs, vs the nice warm bulbs. Also, the toilet was loose on the floor, and they mentioned that they will get it repaired. Major thing: Leaving the property, onto the I-45 feeder road was next to impossible. Traffic was constantly traveling at highways speeds, occupying all 3 lanes.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable king bed, usable desk, and a sofa. It was remarkably quiet by any measure but especially right on a busy freeway. There are two good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, with hot and cold cereals, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and juices. A very upscale facility at a bargain price.

As an older guest with osteopenia and therefore wary of slips and falls, I found the bottom of the bathtub/shower to be very slippery. I may start carrying a shower mat on future trips.

The hotel is located nearby restaurants and shopping centers, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, big, comfortable. Love the breakfast as well, and they have waffles in the shape of the state of Texas, that made my day.

The hotel interior was beautiful and inviting. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable with plenty of space. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and will be back again!

The signage at the road and the entrance was a bit confusing and difficult to locate easily. I ended up in the Red Lobster parking lot so a more visible, brighter sign would be great!

The most wonderful aspect of the trip was the staff. To a person, they were friendly, concerned, aiming to do a good job and treat the guests well. Then this happened, which I have never ever seen before in all my travels. They found papers I had left in the room and they called me to get an address to send me these papers. The papers were important and I was quite grateful. I was traveling still and said I would get back with them, thinking I would have a friend pick them up. The friend was traveling also, so I did not call them back for a few days. They still had the papers several days later and mailed them to me after I was settled back home. Truly exceptional service!

The breakfast was a disappointment, to be honest. Only hot food was the waffle maker on most days, with the chafing dish for eggs, potatoes, empty. Then, poof, there would be a day with something in the chafing dish - I did not figure it out.

I liked that they offered breakfast.

The breakfast was not very good. They ran out of eggs, cups for juice, abs hot water for tea. No one was there to ask for refills. Finally, someone came out but they said we’d have to wait. This was at 8am on Sunday with an hour of breakfast time still to go. Also, the garbage can was so full we had a hard time cleaning up our breakfast items.

The convenience and location of the property . Staff was friendly .Breakfast was also good. The price was reasonable and affordable . The bed was very comfortable and cozy .

The restroom needs to be alittle more updated and cleanliness . Overall first experience was great . More pillows and blankets in the room .
