The staff was really nice and everything was very clean.

Our door lock got stuck in the locked position and we couldn’t close our door. We tried fixing it but our light in the hallway in our room was burned out which made it harder to see. So we called the front desk at about 11:15 pm or so to get help and nobody answered. We continued to play with the lock and finally got it to work. Didn’t want to go to bed not being able to close and lock the door. We did say something in the morning and the girl told us how to work the door handle to get it to unlock. This is not something that we should have had to worry about but most of all we weren’t happy that nobody answered the phone to help us. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a safe in our room. Luckily they let us use a lock box behind the front desk.

The location was great, the rooms were always made up in a timely manner by the maids. The gym had all the equipment I needed to get a complete workout. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants, medical facilities near the Woodland Mall.

The breakfast needs to be updated still serving like it's still the pandemic. The same variety every morning. I can understand if the accommodation comes with breakfast, however, if it's not included then it needs to be updated! That's just my opinion.

Great atmosphere at a fair rate. Teresa did an excellent job checking me in. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I travel often for work and this property is 5 stars at 3 star pricing. You won't be disappointed..

The half shower glass allows water in the bathroom and a little chilly but not a big deal.

Enjoyed my stay. Lobby and rooms were large and comfortable. Everything felt very new and clean. I appreciated having the bistro in the lobby for breakfast. And it’s right across the highway from Memorial Hermann with easy access.

Coffee in the room was pretty terrible, but there’s at least a coffee shop downstairs.

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Cleanliness is a huge concern for me when booking hotel rooms. Luckily our room was spotless!

The hotel was great. The only feedback I have would be for facilities to go in and touch up the bathrooms (re-caulk the shower/toilet, some other minor touch-ups here and there, etc.). Not a major deal but these tiny improvements would make a huge difference.

The moment I walked in the hotel I got the sense of a very clean and fresh hotel. Elizabeth was totally awesome at the front desk as well as Saul he without hesitation replenished my wet towels with fresh ones. Grace at the Starbucks counter was very courteous and makes a great Mocha.

If I had to say anything negative about the entire experience I would have to say that the water pressure in the shower was not to my liking and the hot water wasn’t hot enough for me.

Netflix app on TV never did connect - may be an extra charge, not sure - had to watch on my iPad- which connected for free

It's a great location for going to The Woodlands Pavillion and having a nice place to stay nearby. Friendly staff, always clean.

I don't think the restaurant/room service has been open the last several times we've stayed. It'll be nice to see those services available again.

loved the location, my mom was in the hospital and location was great. Hotel was clean and modern , staff was friendly

the worst thing was the mattress was like sleeping on the floor and I hurt so bad after 3 nights on the mattress. We wish they would have had a breakfast buffet in the morning or at least coffee pot at all times instead of having to pay for a coffee in the lobby

This was a great hotel for the weekend at a good price. the facility is clean and updated. the room was nice and the cleaning staff did a great job! I would absolutely recommend the hotel.
