The gentleman Blake working the front desk was great! He was very professional and accommodating. He did not miss a beat. He was able to answer all questions and give us recommendations on different places to visit. It was nice.

Everything was great until the following morning while going to breakfast. We had to deal with a VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL girl in the kitchen. She totally went off on my husband and I just for asking for condiments and to correct our order. She cursed us out without a second thought and told us we could leave if we had an attitude, and even with all of that, not one time did we curse back at her. My husband had to leave the hotel to go and get him something to eat because he was afraid that she might do something to his food. She needs to GO!!! And this hotel will be perfect! Because there were other guests that also left because of her attitude.

The property was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious and quiet. There is exercise equipment in the rooms if you like to work out. staff were very friendly. Free fruited ice water in the lobby was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the pillows. They are huge and we felt like we were sleeping on balloons. The clerk said she’d never had that complaint so I guess people like them but we’ll bring our own next time. also, if you are handicapped, you’ll want to stay elsewhere. The room was great for the handicapped but all the rooms are on the fifth floor. The elevator signs clearly state that if there’s a fire, elevators will be disabled. Next time I book a room I will make sure the handicap rooms are on the ground floor. If you aren’t handicapped, the hotel is a great place to stay.

new, clean, convenient, exercise equip in room!

no coffee in lobby, 1 hand towel only in bathroom, no wash clothes. each time I needed to interact with an employee, they made me wait until they were finished talking with another employee or contractor. also, site said free breakfast, checkin staff told me breakfast times, but on day of, find out it’s made to order. that’s ok, but requires extra time I did not plan for. Also told I had to pay for breakfast. bad communication & not service oriented front desk staff.

The room and shower were very good. Staff at desk were fast and helpful.

WHERE is the front of this hotel? Could we please have a sign? I would have never guesses the entrance was through the pool area. The other side is just a guest card entrance as far as I could tell. The lack of a porte co·chère was a shock. Of course, it was raining. People were slipping on the walkway trying to get in and out. It is a good 100 feet or more from your car to the sliding door with no awning. This is a huge fail and would have garnered a lower rating from me, but the staff made up for it. It is hard to use an umbrella bringing in your bags and totes.

A severe storm left us without power at our home. Our daughter booked a room for us at the hotel. I loved the staff I interacted with. Danita at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. A housekeeper was also helpful. I also loved the location. It is near lots of shopping, restaurants, and Metropark Square is around the corner.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.

Very, Very,Very Clean, Affordable and Comfortable. I love the setting of this hotel especially how beautiful it looks at night. I love how the bathroom had a shower only, we had a minor issue with one of the staff members I guess she was having a ruff day but overall the staff was awesome. it was also close to everything.

No complementary/free breakfast.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite 1 king bed suite room. The room was spacious. the two TVs and 2 bathrooms came in handy. It was really clean and easy on the eye. The hotel vibe was inviting and every staff was very courteous and helpful when we needed them to be. We left happy and with a longing to stay longer. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

The room was fantastic. We were blown away that they provided in-room exercise equipment. Everything was clean and fresh.

We tried to stream to the TV by following the directions given on the screen but could not get it to work. Maybe we weren't smart enough. Anyway, the channel selection was okay.

Had a great stay, wanted to enjoy the pool and did just that. I was great. The front desk young lady was brand new and she did a great job. The bartender made a great martini. Thanks guys

The area around the tv had. Not been cleaned as well as it should. But no biggie.

The location was great. Close to All My events. Staff was excellent. My most important thing was cleanliness and it was very clean.

I book and paid for a suite, instead I got a regular room that didn’t even have a microwave or a refrigerator.
